Everytime I go, of course I get sucked in! However I was flabbergasted by the sticker selection!!!!! Couldn’t find it then I realized the sticker gods had organized the messiest and most stressful part of the store. I didn’t get your name but you know what you’ve done for the sticker community!! You rock ! Thank you seriously. Your manager can stick it, pun fully intended 😌

All I have to say is the sales associate JARRELL is amazing! He went over the top for me today and it was truly appreciated. I went in there the other day and bought a pair of shoes which he helped me with. When I went back today and saw that the same pair had a price drop and was now on the buy one get one 50% off rack, Jarrell recognized me and noticed my frustration and immediately helped me. He was able to refund me for the original sale price that I bought the shoes for, charge me the now sale price and then was able to get another pair since it was buy one get one 50% off. He was so patient and I have not received such amazing customer service like this in a long time!

When I say OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE... THAT'S WHAT WAS PROVIDED TO MY DAUGHTER AND I today....7/6/2019 My daughter ISABELLA had been into the store prior (weeks before) and found a certain type sports bra that she was interested in purchasing today. We were immediately asked if we needed any assistance and my daughter went on to try and describe what the sports bra looked like. After seeing the frustration on my daughter's face....3 AMAZING store associates EMILY, CAMILA, & JARRELL jumped right into HELP MODE. They searched all around the racks for that particular sports bra, even went as far as to use the in-store computer to locate what she was looking for. Come to find out that particular sports bra was SOLD out, but NO FEAR...they quickly told us that it could be pre-ordered and shipped out to her or the store for pick up. I can TRULY say that we left this store today feeling like people actually cared about what we wanted and needed. The CUSTOMER SERVICE PROVIDED BY: EMILY, CAMILA, and JARRELL was just IMPECCABLE! You guys ROCK! THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH for your GREETING SKILLS, CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS and even DEPARTURE SKILLS ♡ See you guys soon :)

The manager at this store was rude and unprofessional. She watched me as I stood next online and walked away from the register when it was my turn. Which caused an altercation.

The prices aren't bad my 12 Year old wanted some Trasher T shirts and I took some of her friends with her, the girl with long blonde Hair was super helpful and NICE however while I was talking to her about the size that my daughter needed, one of my daughters friends tripped on one of the skateboards on the back by the dressing rooms when the other Lady with dark curly hair came up to then and told them to "GET OUT OFF THE STORE" needless to say I was not happy about the way she handled it I understand that it can be frustrating when kids get a little loud bc I work for retail as well, but I wouldn't dare and tell one of my customers kids to get out ! specially when they are buying our products there is a time and a place for everything.
