No one in drive they but me. Still Made me pull over to wait Said they were on a timer. Guess the timer goes off if they make me pull to a space. Took forever Waited over 10 minutes for a #1. Finally just left without my food. They should close

Definitely not fast food! 4th person in line at drive through took 18min for me to get my food at 11am. Was told they only had two people working. I understand understaffed but this is also causing the loss of customers. Like most people I only get 30 minutes for lunch, and only eat here for lunch. So this is no longer an option for me.

Went two days in a row , 1st visit was dinner and they left the dipping sauce out of the 2 kids meals I order and didnt give me a straw . Even had me pull forward to wait and still couldn't get the simple things right . 2nd visit was this morning and my sausage on my sandwhich was burnt and completely black on both sides . And agian they didnt give me a straw . Ita harder work to manage a playdogh kitchen toy set then a fast food place so when you forget the little things in trust your not doing the important things right . Will not revisit here way to many other options in my area to waste money on inferior product .

1st cannot believe no Vanilla Frosties for the Summer. Then our fries tasted old and over cooked while our sandwhiches did not come with ketchup, mustard and cheese and ketchup, pickle and cheese. While at the same time the burgers 🍔 were like the fries, tasted old and over cooked and looked as though they have been there all day. The fries and burgers were hard and crunchy. On more than One occasion. Yes! We know a thing or two about cooking and recooking and reheating foods and how they turn out. Like above Food! I refuse to buy there again!

I travel extensively and can not remember getting treated like this. I rarely leave negative comments. They believe they are entitled to $15/hr but where I come from you have to earn that. My order was incorrect, cheeseburger without the cheese, burnt patties and fries that were over cooked and had set a long time. Also no baked potatos! The whole meal was just this side of garbage. The girl that took my order was rude, very rude and actually shut her window while I was still talking to her. If you do not like your job just do us all a favor and quit. Many help wanted signs everywhere.

The service was good. It seems like the burger patty had been sitting for a while. I also asked for fresh, hot french fries and they were not. They were warm. Not hot or fresh. I will go there again because it's the closest one to me. I have gotten good, fresh and hot food there many times before but, also have gotten it like today. In the future, I will definitely check to make sure it's how I want it before I pull off from the window.

I’d give a zero if i could, the person at the window refused me when i asked if I could add a sweet tea because my kid forgot to ask for it. You know not as big of a problem it’s whatever I could let them have some of mine. She gave me my food and I went before checking the bag to make sure we had everything because she was rushing me to go on. When my oldest kid went through and was handing food to everyone, we had fries and burgers missing. And one of my kids got Sprite, well it had lemonade and soda water in it. And when we went back to get it corrected the same lady was very rude to us and was refusing to give us the food that they messed up. Overall just an awful experience.

Waited 30 mins for 2 Biggie bags because they didn't have fries?? Line is always super slow its a bunch of kids that don't know who's doing what and then they park cars after waiting 20 mins just to place the order at the mic. OMG 🙀
