Closed off dining only drive thru and it takes 30 min to get thru it. The employees need to learn from chick fila on how to get you thru drive thru more timely and pleasantly. Need to at least greet you when pulling up to order. You sit there wondering if anyone knows you are there and then rude when asking you to wait when you say hello just to be sure they know you are there. Other wendy locations do better but the one on 127 will not get my service any more. Food tastes old making me wonder what was I even waiting if not getting fresh hot sandwich?

This Wendy's has gone down hill. The fries were cool and limp and greasy. Really! Horrible. The grilled chicken was loaded in salt. I was the only one in the lane. No excuse for s_ _ t fries. From now on going across street to chic fil lay.

If you wanna continue to have a good day- don’t go here. The people that work here are not nice and just have poor attitudes. They will cut you off before you can finish saying one item on your order. I understand needing more employees but if you can’t do something right, don’t do it at all. And don’t ask for ketchup at the window, they will tell you rudely that you should’ve mentioned it at the drive thru speaker. But keep in mind; I kept getting cut off so I didn’t even get to finish anything on my order and upgrade my combo because of the poor service provided.

Patty the general manager is rude! She was rushing me when I was trying to order. I asked for fresh nuggets and she made a smart comment. She told me I couldn't add food on at the window. When I pulled up she was yelling at her employees! I decided to go spend my money else where. If she doesn't like her job she needs to get another!!

This is one of the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever gone to. Between nearly always having my orders messed up(including missing whole meals I’ve ordered), and not answering their phones EVER in an attempt to get my order fixed or replaced, not to mention the ridiculous wait times I’ve had with them I do not recommend this store at all. To top it off they have closed early on several occasions. They had closed at 7PM(the time I went to go get food so I don’t know what time it actually was) on a Tuesday when their regular hours are till 9PM according to the sign that they have out infront of their store. Overall a horrible experience.

Asked for a plain jr baconator and I open the wrapper to this, NOT worth $9.94! Won’t be going back. The lady at the window wouldn’t even give me a receipt and my cup was covered in Dr Pepper.

This Wendy’s never fails to disappoint me. Their hours are not correct; they closed at 5 pm today and they were supposed to be open. On other occasions I have tried to come to Wendy’s and again, it is closed. They need consistent hours.

My boys and I came through the drive thru tonight to get us some 4 for $4s. Amanda was on the speaker. She had the best customer service and was so friendly! I complimented her at the window but I also wanted to leave some feedback on here. The food and sweet tea was perfect! Just look at that burger! 😍😍

I have to say, this place is managed well. The place was very clean. The employees were very nice. We got our food fast. The order was correct. Fresh food. Good job Wendy’s! This is the best location in our area. Highly recommend this place.
