Our grandfather clock barely survived the move from MA to NC and we were getting nowhere in getting someone to come to the house to fix it. We stopped in at Hartsfield’s store and immediately knew we had found our savior. Mr. Hartsfield came to our house the following week at the time promised and now the grandfather clock is running again and keeping time. Highly recommend Mr. Hartsfield for any clock repairs!

Chester is a Master of his Trade. Forget the overpriced store in Wilmington. Chester is an honest and decent man. There are still good people in our world. If you want to meet a good and honest person, go say hello to Chester Hartsfield. And yes my 83 year old marble mantel clock is once again keeping perfect time.

It’s very rare to find someone who can still repair old wall clocks of all kinds. It’s a real bonus if you find someone who does it at a fair price and in a timely manner. Mr. Hartsfield is that rare person. Highly recommended!

They have really nice things in there. All the grandfather clocks are beautiful, and there is so many different items to choose from. He is a very nice man with wonderful customer service and have never had a bad experience there!!

We went to Mr. Hartsfield’s shop to get our watch repaired and we’re immediately blown away by the authenticity of his store. Not only was he very friendly and patient with us, it was clear he was competent and a real professional in his field. I highly recommend him to anyone as he is a great person and a local treasure.

Last week I took my wall clock to Mr. Hartsfield for repair. We drove some distance but chose his shop bec our family had known his father, Bob Hartsfield, when he owned the jewlery store and a clock and watch repair shop in my home town - Hartsfield Jewelers - and knew the high standards and reputation of the Hartsfields. Knowing we had come some distance, he asked if we could give him an hour and we would be able to take our clock back home. Mr. Hartsfield is a Southern gentleman who loves his work and is exceptionally good at it! His shop is fascinating!! I recommend him highly.
