The hours they were supposed to open was at 10:00. So I've been sitting here waiting for the store to open, then at 10:30 the person finally showed up and locked the door behind them. Understandably I waited for them to actually open but I'm surprised they were so late lol things happen so I don't want to be wrong or rude.

Thank you so much to the 2 ladies working last night (4/20) right before close! I ran there panicked because I had messed my hair up with box dye with just enough time to drive there before they closed. Thanks so much for helping me fix my awful mistake and look descent for work the next day!!

I went in looking for a hair band. I walked all through the store and the employees ignored me. I didn’t find what I was looking for and left without buying anything.

They held a gel polish I needed until I could get there and were very nice! Would definitely recommend! I was able to find gel toe separators, buffing block, nail file and white gel polish that they didn't have at the Boulder store. Also got a heel file for like $5. Now I have everything I need to do a pedicure. (With the remaining things at home.)

I bought a pair of earrings that turned out to be defective on the clip. When I went to the store to return them I was informed I couldn't return them even though I had my receipt there had to be an exchange. I wanted to exchange them for a different kind of earring seeing as how I'd had a pair already that was defective I didn't want the same kind. I inform the sales person that I didn't want the same kind of earring and she told me that was too bad that I didn't have any choice. I exchanged the earrings and asked for the manager who was not on duty at the moment and when I asked what the manager's name was the employee's sighed and rolled her eyes at me. I've been a regular customer at this store since they opened here in Boulder and I am extremely disappointed with how I was treated on this trip. It's a shame they let a good customer go over a $7 pair of earrings.

I went here looking for toner and processing solution to make my highlights ashier since quarentine is making it tough to get into salons. I don't know much about hair stuff but was told by a licensed stylist that I needed toner and PROCESSING solution. I asked the girl at the register for just that and she had no idea what processing solution was and told me I must need developer. Not knowing better I said sure and bought the product. Now my hair has patchy orange all over the top and the toner made minimal change to the highlights. Never trusting anyone at that store again.

I was looking at hair colours and a young woman with gorgeous vivid red hair (I’m sorry I didn’t catch your name!) helped me tremendously! She was informative and so comfortable to talk to. I don’t often come to beauty stores, and I know somewhat about hair care, but she made me feel like I belonged there. Her being a hair stylist, I knew she was an expert. Her advice was amazing and I can’t thank her enough. She truly cared about me and the outcome of the products I chose, as well as the ones she helped me to decide on. Absolutely a wonderful person and I loved talking with her!! I’ll let you know how the teal/purple turn out! ~Noah

I felt attacked by the employees at this store. I went to purchase some hair color and they made me feel like an idiot! She told me the color I was buying wasn’t going to look good and was going to ruin my hair and recommended something else. I bought what she recommended and my hair looks absolutely ridiculous! These people are rude and don’t know what they’re doing! I will never visit this Sally’s again.

Shocked at the lack of customer service with this company. I bought some products yesterday and then decided I wanted to do something else. I realized the lady didn't give me a receipt, so my husband called and explained that to them, and they said no problem they'd refund as long as we had the credit card we paid with. And then we get there and they won't do it. Not even credit or anything. Don't waste your time with the looneys and teenagers that work here. Go to beauty brands or even target instead.
