I like auto zone overall but the experience I had here, just buying oil and a filter was HORRIBLE.. walk out and drive to O'Reillys horrible. I had to talk to one person to get oil and another to get the filter.. while walking to the back trying to remember the 6 character filter number and already frustrated with the time spent there. I decided to take my money elsewhere. I won't stop going to Auto Zone but I will not go back to this one

The assistant manager helped me replace my battery. He was efficient and courteous. I was amazed how he was able to help me and several other customers in the store at the same time. Others, in the same situation would have become frazzled, but he handled it all with professionalism.

I came in late at night having been almost stranded and having had to jump-start my car twice, suspecting battery issues. Despite it being so close to closing time, Jarrod and the other associate (I'm so sorry I didn't catch his name) were very helpful and determined that my battery was in fact dead. They then quickly replaced the battery for me even though it was late and raining. They really saved me. 10/10 service!

Jarrod and Shamell save me a ton of money and stopped me from being scammed. A met a mechanic that was fixing my BMW X5 and he claimed I needed a part that I really didn’t need. He tried to return the water pump without my knowledge and just so happen I went back in the store and they told me a guy was trying to return the water pump that I had just purchased but he couldn’t because he didn’t have the correct information. Not only did they stopped him from returning the part they gave me a solid idea that he never put it on. They saved me over $500… Very helpful gentleman. I recommend this store

Had to make a late night (for me) parts run after having my vehicle towed home because it decided to spring a huge antifreeze leak and started to overheat *didn't, thankfully*. I needed a specific part and my usual store (Idlewild) didn't have it. I was able to go in, make sure it was what was needed (they even brought me to the back to check hoses since I was having a hard time with the size difference because the old hose was blown out), and paid attention to other things needed. Didn't try to upsell or talk me into the wrong thing like some places do. In the end I dropped almost 100 bucks (needed antifreeze, some clamps, and a couple other things on top of the part), but it fixed the problem.

I was disappointed. The manager in training really wasnt too helpful. I asked for assitance and advice or fuses and he was useless in my opinion. As compared to a few months when i can say the guy there helped so much and was knowledgeable.

A great place to get parts for whatever you are driving. Prices are very fair and the staff is very friendly. They will test you battery for free and will even let you borrow tools. Everyone there is very friendly and eager to help and very knowledgeable. I enjoy browsing around the store to see what different accessories they have as well!!
