I purchased a vehicle from Tony at the Monroe location super nice guy super patient with me got me the vehicle I needed for my needs and right payment options! Went to the Independence location and they weren’t very friendly. Had someone try to help me wasn’t sure if he was a customer or a car sales rep by the way he was dressed.

This dealership and the people there are so dependable and friendly. I love this place. 4 months ago I purchased a 2012 Jeep Liberty. After totaling my car from a severe accident I automatically called the dealership to see if they could help me with a replacement. They told me absolutely even with considering my circumstances. Went down to the dealership explained what happened and they told me the necessary steps that needed to take place and, was willing to put me in the car that I wanted instead of just trying to make a sale. Ari & Ella did everything they could to help me and I couldn’t be more thankful for them & their service. When people ask me for a good dealership I ALWAYS tell them AUTO AMERICA!
