Iam 0% satisfied with the customer service on the 10/17/22 evening, there no respect to customers, and horrible Manger, alot of racism. Never going back to a foodlion store in my life. That not the way to treat customers, very poor management in that store. If i could give no stars, I would. I know the employee don't care about what iam saying and what happened that evening. But foodlion owners should hire better personnel, starting with the manager.

It's a great place to work and shop. I work here and they treat me great. And the customers that come in we treat them like they are number one. We care about our customers and they care about their employees. It's just a great place to be.

Claims to have a mask required policy, but not enforced. Yesterday, I watched a group of men who were shopping together. All but 1 of whom were in fact masked. The one gentleman who was unmasked, was coughing and sneezing all over the produce. (Did not even cover mouth with his hand). I spoke with a supervisor who said she would tell management. No one approached the man about his lack of mask etc. The group continued to shop and no employee attempted to remove or address the produce that was covered in the cough/sneeze material. Or to address which produce (specifically) was now covered and potentially tainted. I watched from a distance to see if anything was done to address the situation. In the middle of a covid pandemic, this is not acceptable! If you bought lettuce, broccoli or anything in that section I would highly recommend giving it a proper cleaning or throwing it out completely. Absolutely disgusting and not ok!!! Additionally, I see on average 1-5 unmasked customer on average every time and shop here on a regular basis. Employees frequently have masks pulled down or mouth covered but not the nose. Going to start shopping elsewhere after yesterday's event. Really disgusted and disappointed.

The Food Lion stores are all the same, yet different in their own right. This deli had a Mississippi Mud Cake. Yummy for my tummy. ( I could do a whole review on the cake...). Their cheese are always stocked with a great variety. I was just visiting with a friend, and we grabbed a couple of beers, to share and catch up.

Has the basics like all Food Lions. I stop by here to only get items that are canned or drinks. I don't trust the freshness of some of the items. It's clean and organized, but don't be in a hurry to check out. Most mornings they only have one cashier and no self checkouts. The managers walk by and appear to care less. If you need the basic and in no hurry shop here. If you like Food Lion I would suggest the one off Durant road.

The prepared foods are always delicious (love their sushi) and they gave a great selection of foods I've had a hard time finding since moving here from NYC. The staff are always kind and helpful.
