Friendly staff nice variety of shoes prices are reasonable usually sometimes have great deals also next to a lot of other shopping stores wish they were a little more stock with more sizes tho

This Place is odd compared to other Hibbett’s. Went to this store around 12:20 on 02/16/2022 after the raffle drop for AJ1 Marina Blue. Sign and policy state that after 12:00 P.m on release day the shoes that haven’t been picked up are forfeited and are placed for sale! Asked worked about a pair that i wanted to get for my nephew and myself. He stated there was some that weren’t picked up but he had to call them in sections and give them two hours to pick up. He also stated that they wouldn’t go out for sale until around Friday morning which is not what their policy states. He gave me a long story with multiple parts on how their “Policy” for forfeited shoes work. It didn't make sense he was everywhere with the story. You can tell it was made up. I walked out because im not going to argue with a kid and snapped a picture of the front door signage. If this is “Policy” they need to state that on the website and doors. Im pretty sure they are holding for themselves, friends and families. Ive always bought from Hibbetts and have never heard of what this kid told me until i dealt with the Smithfield Store. Just sad that they rather hold for themselves, family, or friends who more than likely are going to resell, which is against most shoe stores, instead of selling to a customer. Hopefully ownership see all the bad reviews this store is getting and cleans house. Time for a staff switch.

Honestly this store is better than footlocker. I strait up connected with several pair on the floor, unfortunately they didn't have them in my size though (13). The guy working there and his side kick where pretty good to me too, he was dropping alot of knowledge on shoes, stock x prices, different releases I may be interested in. I would have bought some Paul George's there but like I said, no cigar. I'ma win this bid on ebay for them though!

The worst customer service ever... it takes a lot for me to give a negative review., but this has got to be the absolute worst behavior from a manager and their little crew. All I wanted was a gift card or exchange instead I got a sassy attitude and smart remarks.. the manager Marica is parked behind my car taking pictures as we speak. Petty AF!

Overpriced.....I would shop there more, but they are close to the outlets with higher prices.....so...no. And my child applied there, was called for an interview and upon arrival, was told the manager went home and must have forgotten. Who does that? No....no need to reschedule if the unprofessionalism starts at the interview.

I attempted to return the beanie hat because they sold it to me defective. The hat should have had a ball on top and it didn’t. When I put it on - it unraveled. The store (all 4 emoloyees) REFUSED to return the item. Even though the receipt says returns accepted for damaged items. We WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN. The customer service was exponentially horrible.

Should put 5:50 as the close time if that's when you lock the doors. Needed one item 10 minutes before closing, doesn't seem unreasonable

I was going to get my son a ball that was in the cage of balls they have And a few more items but when we got to register the football didn’t have a tag. So guy is trying to look up something I’m guessing a price. I went back to cage and there was a ball exact same thing different color. He couldn’t just scan the tag on that ball. I’ve worked in retail and yes you don’t normally scan the same bar code for two things because they have different upc. But hello you rather not sell the ball at all because it will mess up inventory. Well ta da it will offset. Will not go back. Over something silly but I don’t shop there anyways
