Rarely anything good on the shelves, but employees are nice and the store is pretty clean. One thing I really can't stand is that they write prices on items in black marker. Why??!! Every other thrift store I go to uses price tags. I know Goodwill in other cities use price tags, so I don't think it's a Goodwill policy to use black marker, I think it is laziness. I'm not going to shop at GW anymore because of this. I mean, who's brilliant idea is it to write prices on crystal, silver and wood?

One of the workers sells on ebay and calls her boyfriend and friends when they are bringing out good items and hides some items for them to find. That's just B.S. give everyone a equal opportunity to purchase good items. She is running a inside hustle. Dont be calling people just put out the donations so it fair. You know who you are and I know about your setup. I heard you tell someone you have to go call someone to come purchase this item and I've been watching ever since I hope you get fired

So many people there, you would've thought it was a new merchandise store. The young lady working the register is one of the hardest and nicest employees that I know. Next time, I'll get her name.

Overpriced junk! Many items have no prices and when you ask about the price, they tell you it has to be reprocessed and they don't know how long it will take. The employees just don't want to be bothered. The Goodwill at Mayfair is awesome. The employees are pleasant, helpful and courteous. It's worth the drive for better stuff, better prices and better service.

Clothes are organized by color, not size! I gave up after going through a whole rack of khakis. Wares were either picked over or pretty sorry, and poorly organized. Prices were average, but they write the prices on the items with a Sharpie! Definitely one of the worst Goodwills we've visited.
