Everyone at the FedEx Office location on Shady Grove Road in the Fallsgrove Shopping Center delivers superior customer service. I would like to especially commend Andualem. He always goes above and beyond to help me and he even carries in heavy boxes from my car when he sees I need a little extra help. He always remembers my name, my FedEx account number, and even my sons college address! He is absolutely wonderful… extremely friendly, kind, and knowledgeable, and he always packs my items with such care and puts extra tape on my packages to ensure they will arrive safely. He never rushes me and he always makes me feel like a VIP customer. I can’t say enough good things about Andualem! I hope he is recognized for his commitment to customer service excellence. FedEx Office is lucky to him- he sure gives your company a good name.

Night and day experience. Went to the 401 N Frederick FedEx Office Print & Ship Center to avoid the USPS lines and expedite a package. I was greeted, sent to a slow and broken computer to set up an account, and to take care of myself for a service I was about to pay for. I asked for assistance only to be told “sorry, I don’t know” and to “restart the computer, try again“. I left after an hour because of frustration. The assistant manager saw me out, asked if I was able to finish what I was doing. Told her my story and she told me to come back tomorrow and I’ll get better service than what I got that evening. Go elsewhere!! The next day, I went here at Shady Grove FedEx Office Print & Ship Center. Was greeted and assisted all the way through!! In and out in maybe 10 minutes, tops!! No USPS lines! no computer issues! Just 100% customer service. Thank you and kudos to your staff!! Job well done!!

Can not say enough thanks to the woman who works here. I needed to pick up a package cause I missed it at home. And with the baby I was a bit late to come, but she kindly agreed to help and this actually saved me. Customer service here is extraordinary .

Looking quickly for a Kinko’s/FedEx and found this one on shady grove. I had such a great experience at this location from beginning to end. Very happy with the service from both women on duty. I had to print many pages last minute for an event and they handled the transaction professionally and quickly. Shout out to Fatima who was the main associate helping me. Thank you!! You all have a wonderful team.

I am glad that this location exists nearby. That said, everything about bad service from that one lady is correct. I had to stop what I was doing, turn around and ask her NOT to talk to/treat a customer the nasty way she was treating them. I know that “customer service” is out of style, but we’re still all human beings.

Overpriced, $1 per page to print color print! Crazy! It's cheaper to buy a $50 color printer to print 50 pages than to actually print 50 pages at their office! Staff was fine.

I called, emailed, called, and called again in regards to a brochure I needed printed. 100 copies - not that difficult. The staff member, who mumbled on the phone was zero help and kept saying, "we will take a look and call you back." Finally when I called 8 hours after originally sending the brochure for print - he told me the person that could help me had left, and she would take a look tomorrow. What a joke. You have one job... provide customer service, and you failed at that.

I am a regular of this fedex store. I visit it multiple times every month, usually in the morning. Matthew is the guy who has been helping me a lot. He is very helpful as he is always friendly and knowledgeable. He greets me with a big smile every time and can finish his job very quickly.
