I generally like FedEx but printing PDFs is terrible! For what I think is a standard 1-page PDF, I usually get DuckPDF.exe error and it takes a few minutes to try to open it but fails, which is pathetic and maddening!

I've been printing documents at FedEx Kinkos for years with no problem. Last night, I sent a document through their website to be printed at this Rockville location. The email confirmation said to expect a call within 30 minutes from the store. I waited for them to call but they never did. Two hours later, I finally called them. Over the phone, Alex quoted me a price of $46.26. Today when I went to pick up the item, the cashier said it cost over $60. Alex was there and said he made a mistake when we spoke on the phone. I asked if they could honor the $46.26 price. They said no. They said they could reprint it for roughly $50 if they gave me a coupon. Alex did not apologize and made it seem like they were doing me a favor for supposedly giving me a coupon. This could have all been remedied if they apologized or simply sold me the document for the price they told me over the phone. Instead they keep the document and I will never return.

Excellent service.. I went in today to drop off a package for my company and had made a mistake in the creation of my label the two employees there were extremely helpful and we're trying everything that they could to help me even though they already had their hands full with other customers. It was really nice to see how well they could multitask but at the same time make you feel that you're also being taken care of at the same time. Was extremely pleased with their customer service. 5 out of 5 or 10 out of 10 whichever you want to take. I did forget to ask their names but they were very professional.

I scan and print my custom-painted Christmas cards here every year. Katie in particular is wonderful; very knowledgable, friendly and helpful each time. The other employees have always been just as great as well. They all do everything they can to be sure your experience is good, often going above and beyond to be sure you get the best servcie and price. The "mood" in the store is always briskly happy, feels like employees have good working relationships and enjoy their jobs. I hope that is the case, because they all deserve to enjoy their workday with the good service they provide. :)

Horrible experience, went there to get my sign laminated. I'm a hospital courier, my signs gains me access to restricted area. I specifically asked them if they do full service, they said yes, i get there they don't but they keep reassuring me that they will help me and it will be fine. Long story short they ruined my sign and then try to Blame e it on the fact that it is self service. Before they got started several times I told them that this was an important sign and if they were not sure that it is going to be ok, I didn't want to proceed but they insisted it would be ok. They were very helpful especially a young lady named kirstine. She went above and beyond to help me and very grateful for the help at this fedex 10/10 :)

I usually drop off FedEx package or order posters form this location. Sometimes there were not enough staff that made me wait for while. However, staff here are friendly and helpful. Never had any issue with my posters or shipments. On the other hands, FedEx used to be very reliable shipper for our company for long time but not any more.
