I called Best Buy in Greenville to ask for a product hoping that they would have it, first thing this morning and whoever answered the phone had an attitude, he got smart and said “did you check online? Sarcastically! I asked do you have the product in store? He replied back “ that’s what it said! If I could have reached through the phone I would have! It’s to early in the doggone morning for that type of behavior! I wished I could have talked to the person on the other side of that phone! 10/1/22 @10:30 in the morning!

It was quite a ride but then again so is everywhere when you are 'Downsouth' But I got my phone, damn near 1/2. Couldn't afford it when it first came out

Sometimes a little understaffed, but the staff who are there are very helpful. Usually the store has pretty good stock, and if not they have fast shipping. Their price match policy is great to be able to pick things up in person instead of ordering. Overall a really good Best Buy location.

If you go to the Wilson store ask for Elix, he's amazing! He worked with me to choose the best tablet for both my need and budget. He was very knowledgeable about the products most of all patient. Was by far the best buying experience in a Best Buy ever!

Pretty organized store, Geek squad is spot on. Jason the technician was awesome and very thorough with an issue I had with my product. Their staff at the store is very helpful as well.

Enjoyed my visit here. The employees was friendly greeting me when I entered and as I was leaving. The parking lot was clean as well as the inside of the store. Everything seemed organized and I had no trouble finding what I was looking for.

Called store. Asking if I could pick up tv for a friend. My friend had to travel unexpected, while best buy was closed. The sales representative answered questions very condescendingly and with no moral work ethics.......please contact Chick-fil-A for employee training.

Emerald and Isabella were very helpful with giving me suggestions about what to gift my grand daughter with for her achievements in school. It's my hope that these young ladies receive the proper recognition for their efforts in supporting the consumer and the their job requirements.

Once I got a sales person to help me, it was a great experience. However, due to the lack of employees, and time to think about the purchase, I changed my mind and didn't purchase a computer. The salesperson was fabulous. She was quite knowledgeable about all computers.

I went in with my daughter to buy a new laptop. Despite the store not being busy, when we asked for assistance, the employee only said "Okay," and never came. We waited in the computer section for over 30 minutes and no one came to assist. I ended up leaving without making a purchase and I will spend my money somewhere that is willing to assist its customers.
