If you find my review helpful please let me know! I rarely give low reviews but - wow- the Ridiculously long wait time. What was the point of making an appointment to mount and balance tires if I was going to be made to wait 2 and a half hours??? Also, when I bought my winter tires I was told they would mount them for free and I would just pay a balancing fee when I switched again - they didn't nor did I get a discount for the ridiculous wait. I used to really love NTB but it seems in the last couple of years the service levels that had set them apart have gone down.

$52.80 to put in a $2.99 turn signal bulb 🤣🤣, this place is literally a joke anymore. Done coming here, I gave them one more chance after they wrecked my car into another car in their parking lot last winter. I should have learned my lesson then.

WARNING: PRICE GOUGERS Would not recommend this place to anyone, they clearly prey on people who don’t know any better. A friend of mine recently had his car looked at here for a broken tie rod end, they quoted him $1000 for the job! I was floored when he called me and asked if that sounded like a fair price. Shame on these hucksters! If you’re looking for an honest and trustworthy mechanic, you won’t find one here!!!

I went there to get a new battery. The customer service was excellent. The battery was priced reasonably. I was in and out within 20 to 25 minutes. For the service that I required and the time that I spent there I give NTB an excellent rating and I will be a repeat customer.

I went there, because my 2014 chevy malibu would have trouble starting if I didn't run it for a day. So they said they would test my battery and alternator. They said my alternator was bad, and was killing my battery. It would be just over $1000 for repairs. They told me a new alternator by itself was about $500 + labor + a battery. I thought that price was OUTRAGEOUS!. I decided to go elsewhere, to see if they could beats that price. Top Value told me they would test my battery and alternator as well. They said my alternator was charging just fine, my battery was putting low voltage. Unsaved over $700 by checking another shop. By the way I couldn't find a $500 alternator anywhere online. My car has been running just fine after battery replacement.

I have trusted NTB with my vehicle tire needs, I believe the last 3 times. Always good service and the warranty is wonderful. A few times I had flats and they fixed them at NC with the warranty. My dealership recently told me I needed new tires and front brakes. I came to NTB and told them. They inspected them and told me that was not the case. I APPRECIATE their honesty and they now have a customer for life. Heck, the woman that helped me even changed my keyfob battery. This is the place to get your tires.

I needed new tires and after shopping around it seemed that they had the best pricing and a good rebate at the time. The gal I spoke with Shawna seemed knowledgeable and was very helpful finding me reasonable tires for a great price and timing to get a rebate. When I came back to get the tires installed however, it was an entirely different story. When they were finished with my tires, She did not know how to print me a receipt with my information on it because I used a discount program for essential workers. She also could not find me any information on the road hazard protection I purchased that I could take with me. There was something wrong with their computer system is what I was told. She told me she would call me back once she was able to get the correct information from management regarding this. She also told me that the person who installed a part on my car previously, did it incorrectly. She was going to get me a price on what it would cost for NTB to repair what my previous mechanic did wrong. (Fortunately, another person came in and this distracted her before she did this) I was there for over 3 hours for only a tire replacement. I was in tears with my previous mechanic while I was there, waiting, because she advised me of the error he did. Now, I know we all are busy, and things get forgotten.... So I waited for a call back the next day like I was told I would receive, but that did not happen. By the end of the 2nd day i called and she was very short, sounded irritated and did not have the information she said she would have and again would call me back. By this time I found out there was absolutely nothing wrong with my car as she had told me. I ended up having to email the person who helped me with the essential worker account, and he took care of everything for me. I still have not received a call back. I will not be going back to this location when it is time for a rotation or any maintenance on my car.

Bought all new tires from this place, not even a week went buy and my driver front tire went flat. I went in that week for a replacement and the store manager told me no because I didn’t get roadside added into the tires. Regardless if I did or not I should’ve been compensated. They checked and couldn’t tell me why it went flat and still no help. Even corporate wouldn’t help me, never again will I ever spend money at this joke of a place. STAY CLEAR OF THESE GUYS

This NTB location is awesome! They are honest and up front about everything. They aren't out to take advantage of the customer and will even walk you out into the shop to show you what you need and why. Jon the store manager will go above and beyond to do what's right for the customer. I highly recommend this NTB for all your service and tire needs! They've definitely earned my business for life over and over! Romeo and Tim the service advisers are also awesome. Stop in and see them! By far the best service center experience I've had.

These guys are AWESOME!!! I was in here Friday for oil/filter, fuel filters, and general service. Today I'm back for tires and alignment. Jon and Jacob took the time to answer all of my questions and were very thorough with the services to my truck! I definitely recommend this store to anyone who cares about their vehicle and wants the job done right! Even 1 ton 4X4 diesels like mine. Thank you for jobs done right!!!!
