Please avoid buying anything from this company. Read the yelp and Facebook reviews before wasting your time. George Mason, the owner, advertised on Facebook that they had a magic chef refrigerator brand new in the box. I told him I would be there Sunday to buy. When I showed up, Scott, the sales employee, informed me that he doesn’t have a magic chef in this store but it could be in the warehouse, but the warehouse is closed on Sundays. I informed him I drove over 45 mins and wanted to know if there was anyway I can get in the warehouse. He called Todd who has a key to the warehouse but Todd informed me that he hasn’t seen a brand new magic chef refrigerator in a box in a long time. Todd was confused why George would list items on Facebook that they don’t have. George responded to me on Facebook saying he has two in the warehouse and doesn’t need my business. Which yesterday he said he had only one left and knew I was coming on a Sunday, which you think he would of informed me that it was in a “warehouse” but will be closed this Sunday. I really hope others don’t waste their time and gas money like I did.

This place is a scam. After purchasing my washer/ dryer, they told me I could pick it up that weekend at the store. Got there, and they told me it was at the warehouse. No problem. Got to the warehouse, and they told me the washer was damaged in transport to the warehouse. Seems fishy, especially considering that I saw a washer that looked identical to mine at the store before going to the warehouse (I have a nagging suspicion that they sold the washer I purchased to someone else before I came to pick it up). They offer a replacement washer and I take it. Now the washer isn't working.... No problem-- we've got a one-year warranty. Oh wait, the warranty doesn't mean anything, still have to pay for someone to come look at it. Not cool.

WARNING, Do not do business with this company. Purchased dryer and it worked for about two weeks. They offered return and exchange which i did. The replacement dryer stopped working after about 3 weeks. Now they refuse to provide a refund. They offer a warranty that costs money to use, say no refunds and sell defective product. Stay away unless you like losing money.

I strongly recommend that you do not purchase anything from Prestige Home Furnishings. After calling their warranty department and leaving messages for five days, they did finally call me back, but they did not have a record of my purchase. Please call any appliance repair in Dayton and they will tell you, "Stay away from Prestige". The technician I hired to make repairs on the refrigerator that I bought from them, knew I purchased it from Prestige, before I told him. He showed me the things they did to my refrigerator to hold refrigerant just long enough for the warranty. Do your research. Save yourself from falling victim to the horrible business practices of Prestige Home Furnishings.

Very poor service rude employees lies i thought i had been robbed pay for purchase and delivery the delivery never came had to threaten and would have called the police and file protection order to obtain my money back she said a no refund policy i only got a pice of paper after proving im calling the police my money wad ruturned no truck ever showed up but the second day the delivery driver started harrassing me called at 7p didnt stop calling til 11p then started again at 7a the next morning had to file a police report. I told him that night you are playing with someone who will decapitate you and place your head back in your momma my phone has not rung sincethe worst refrigerator exp i ever had please be careful shopping there

Todd took great care of me. He helped me find the best stuff for my money and the process are amazing!! 5 star products and service. I will be back for future purchases! Bought quality recliner and sofa. Plus a washer and dryer. Their prices blow out any I checked out before I settled on their store.

If I could I would give them zero stars or negative stars. On January 29th I saw a post in marketplace, decided to give prestige a try, I was approved for $1700 prior to showing up. so after work I went over there and was shown a GE scratch n dent washer and dryer, dark gray, nice looking . The told me that this set was still under the one year warranty honored by GE. I was also told that after they purchased them, their repair man ran them to make sure they worked, dish detergent could be seen where you pore it. They couldn’t deliver till that next Monday. February 4th I received the appliances, I was told to wait 48 hours before running the washer. The dryer was hooked up and during the test run, it sounded like two trapped gremlins trying to get out of the dryer. Posted a video of the noise, also posting a pic of the delivery receipt written on it about the noise. I was tempted to tell them to return them. I was advised to call prestige Warrenty dept. they apologized and credited my account $60, the finance company didn’t receive that request. I was instructed to call the GE warranty number and have GE repair it under warranty, I wasn’t happy about having to call and file a warranty claim. I had to register the appliances with GE then get a service call scheduled. I did all that and had to wait till February 11th for I thru a small load int the washer, it threw an H2O error message and didn’t spin the water out of the clothes. Now the washer needs warranty repairs. The repairman, (Kevin) called me instead of showing up for the appointment. He explained that they do not service scratch n dent appliances. That prestige is supposed to repair any faulty scratch n dent appliances purchased from their warehouse before selling to the public. GE will cover the cost of parts to fix the appliance with the retailer, not with the consumer. I called prestige and was told ALL SAYS FINAL, NO REFUNDS. I was instructed to call the financing company, I informed them I would sue, their response go ahead and sue, then hung up on me. I called Progressive leasing and they handled the situation extremely professionally , definitely a five star company. I explained everything in great detail. They assured me they would cancel the remainder of my contract and not charge me the weekly payment. Scheduled a time to pick up the merchandise February 13th. Will investigate the fact that Prestige sold me appliances that had not been repaired. All in all I’m out the initial $58 it cost to start the contract. Like I told progressive home furnishings, I will be filing a civil lawsuit in small claims court against their company. I will be filing a detailed complaint to the better business bureau. I also went to SEARS OUTLET, in Huberheights, got $2500 90 day loan. New washer dryer, new Ashley electric reclining love seat, LG microwave oven and a shark vacuum cleaner, for less money per month
