Is spend a lot of time in numerous home improvement stores and was surprised to find the staff at this Lowes very helpful, accessible, accommodating, and in particular Steve and Theresa Ryan were incredible and went above and beyond. I will be returning , however I am a little disappointed in the quality of the purchased product (I ve built many fences and decks) with the 8' wood pickets and 2x4s far more brittle, cracked, and warped than any other store that I have visited. Staff and customer service was an exemplary but the product of this visit and a couple of others give me pause on considering a revisit.

Overall really good staff currently. I have made several purchases recently, vanity, electrical, lighting, flooring, and garden/yard items. A majority of the time I'm asked if I need help and everyone is knowledgeable and friendly. I will say the customer service ladies are usually fast and very helpful and friendly. The younger workers could use a little coaching on assisting customers, especially with regard to lifting heavy items. With regard to the garden center portion it was 50/50 this year. From plants being in good shape, to assistance with plant types or knowledge of products to use in the yard or garden beds. The men that do mulch and etc in the back though, are great. Fast and you can tell hard working. It was more so the people working the front of garden that either were very helpful or not at all. For those that helped, thank you. It's why I come here often.

I had difficulty finding a product that the website indicated was in stock. It wasn't in the usual cleaning product area. A stock person looked the item up for me and returned with the item I was looking for.It saved me a lot of steps as I am somewhat handicapped. Kudos to her. I wish I caught her name. Very helpful.

Very nice store location; love the garden center! Staff was very friendly and helpful.. Lots of live plants available and a large clearance section in the garden center. The only drawback would be the lack of plant selections. They never seem to carry silver falls dichondra, and were completely sold out of Japanese painted ferns.

Ordered a washer and dryer and the washer shows up crumpled and beyond repairable. Refused delivery, called customer service and was told to "purchase another washer." Lowes and the people working the appliance department/delivery department should be ashamed of themselves. Absolute 100% incompetence at the highest level. It's ok for them to collect my money but leave the customer hanging.

Before, i had a good shopping experience. This time it is a case of returning a defective item. Bought a product worth about $64 from West columbus Lowes store(Park mill run dr). I used this product for 3 or 4 times. Sometimes it does work, sometimes not specially after attaching the attachment. Unfortunately I lost receipt. As soon as they (Return associate, Store Manager) heard I lost receipt and seen my race and color, they took all the chance it was possible for them. Here post sale customer services are judged by customer's race. Neither I utter a single bad word nor lost my temerament. They resued to return or other form of retun. It is not their fault, it is the fault of skin.

Good clearance prices. Home improvement stores aren’t my favorite but I enjoy sale items. I only come here when I have to. Customer service is decent. I never experience top tier customer service at home improvement stores. It’s always just mediocre.

From the moment you walk in and smell the fresh lumber it’s going to set the mood this place is a good experience was going to have what you need for your home improvements. I went in here today looking for a laminate counter end Peace and they were extremely helpful. I feel like they went above and beyond checking their system looking at other stores in there chain that would have the product giving me a print out of the item number along with phone number address of the other store but I had to go to. Moral to the story if you were in the Hilliard Ohio or West Columbus area I would highly recommend this Lowe’s home improvement store

Great staff, clean store and less crowded than others. Here's a photo of 65 bags of mulch on my truck (full pallet), and another trip with 15 Boxwoods and a bag of peat moss in my trunk..yes it closed. Then I threw in two bonus shots of a cool rainbow from my backyard.
