Talk about bait and switch! I am so disappointed with this location. I went with my wife to get a family plan. We asked about current promotion for trading in our old phones and getting new phones for our family. Our sales person confirmed the trade in values and what we would expect to pay. We agreed and started the process. Cancelled AT&T and only then were told we can’t finance the new phone and have to pay upfront for them. We left at that point, only to realize that we went through the motions to cancelled AT&T. Came back paid to have 2 phones activated. The sales person said give him a day and a half to get everything sorted out. 5 days later and no updates. Contacted customer service and they escalated the issue but that will take 8 days to be reviewed.

This location has HORRIBLE customer service! This location must of been an old sprint location as the service is no where near Tmobile standard. After 13yrs with tmobile it's very disappointing

I've been a T-mobile customer for 10+ years and my experience with the store manager Kevin was the best I've ever had. Kevin is very knowledgeable and transparent with his customers. He was the only one working that day and the store was exceptionally busy, but he did not rush any of his customers while he worked hard to multi-task so that we would be helped in a timely manner. Thank you Kevin for being awesome!

I recently bought a new phone at this store. We called ahead to ask if they had the OnePlus phone we wanted. They did. Just from the phone call interaction we knew we would have good service. Adrian provided excellent customer service: friendly, patient, helpful and knowledgeable. In addition to the phone we also got the case, screen protector and a charger for a different phone. This was a very enjoyable T-Mobile experience.

Never ever go to this store. manager says nice words and gets you in to the contracts and promotions. Later you will realize that when you get a big bill. This store need to be closed as there are many T-Mobile stores that give A1 customer service.

I had a horrible experience with this store manager. Went to their store 3 times to exchange my phone and xfer the data from old to new phone. Each time their system was down. They finally gave me the new phone but couldn't xfer the data. I asked if I can come come back later to do it and they said yes. Next day I received a phone call asking "rudely" for the old phone to be returned back asap. The manger has zero courtesy. Avoid this store by any cost!

T-mobile is the only branding in the store, not a hint of anything Sprint (which I guess they used to be). I've gone in twice as a T-mobile customer and on both occasions they were unable to help because they weren't set up with T-mobile systems. Well, then take the signs down! How am I supposed to know? Staff was useless and incompetent, management could care less. If you actually have business to conduct, save yourself the trip and just go to another store from the start so you don't have to waste time like I did.
