This place definitely excels at unreliability. Let me elucidate to all of you how terrible this place is. I was told I needed 3 new belts. The mechanic called Advanced Auto to order them so I picked them up. Then when I called him to have the work done he just didn't respond to my texts or calls. Like a disappearing auto magician. I had to take my car to a totally different place. Once I got there, the other mechanic told me he ordered the incorrect belts.

Jason is a nice guy and he worked in Honda dealer service center prior to starting his own repair shop. His hourly rate of $65 is lot cheaper compared to Honda dealership ($102 per hour). He is very friendly and willing to work with you on repairs and provide options to go with either OEM or after market parts at discounted prices. He will show you what is wrong and let you watch his repairs, so you know for sure what is going on with your vehicle instead of repairs behind closed doors where you have to believe what mechanic say. I would strongly recommend his service for your Honda vehicle.

I thought I had found a good, honest mechanic, but after i took my car for the third time, I realized it was a huge mistake. I paid these guys $460 to replace my fuel pump, which would be okay I guess, had they actually done the work. Not only was my fuel pump not replaced, but I had also asked for an oil change & found out they charged me for it but "forgot" to change the oil. After leaving it an extra day just to get the oil changed, I found out about the fuel pump, only because suddenly my had gauge no longer worked & my car wouldn't start. Since then, I have tried to contact them and gotten no response & all i have is a hand written. receipt. Also when i went to pick my car up, they had to jump it to get it to start and when i got home- 1 Mile from the shop, my tired were flat. I would not recommend them to anyone and I've tried to spread the word all around town. Biggest rip off for car repairs I've ever had & I now have a vehicle with several problems that i can't afford to fix. One last thing- they also forgot to attach my entire backseat- where my children ride after they went in that way to get to the fuel tank. My kids could have been killed if id have stopped too fast, had my boyfriend not noticed it. needless to say, I've already contacted an attorney.
