I called around 9am 2/7/22 and asked if they were doing tire changes, the old guy at the desk said yeah come on in. I get there shortly before 10, he takes the car into the garage. Almost two hours later after taking care of the other 4 guys in the waiting area he comes out and says “ sorry we can’t change your two tires our equipment is frozen. Took my number down to call when they were back up he never did. This place is garbage.

Customer service is awful I bought a tire from them they told me it would take an hour for me to receive my tire and it took more than three after that leave it up to the time that they close so they weren’t able to put air or balance my tire out a few days later my tire consistently loses air Found a small hole I called the day before and he told me to come in tomorrow and he’ll look at it so then I come in today and he told me they’re busy until four when they close at five and nobody was in there working I just feel as if it’s their fault they should be more considerate. And help me out more

The owner has always treated me good. Fair pricing and willing to take time to educate about the different types / needs of tires. Ive been going here for over 12 years now. I price around everytime and always come back to Johnny's Tire. He makes the deal work. EVERYTIME!! And if there's ever and issue, it's taken care of quick!

Johnny's is the only place I get tires at. They're almost always cheaper than anywhere else. The service is fast, friendly and always to my satisfaction. If they dont have your tire, it will be there the next day. If you havent been getting your tires there, you should start.

Johnny's always has done an excellent job Everytime I've been there and the prices are always fair. Walmart has messed up Everytime I've been there no matter how simple the task is so from here out I'll trust nobody with any of my vehicles except for Johnny's. Great job guys you have a customer for life

I came in needing a tire replaced. They saw me very quickly and replaced the tire I needed and another one which needed replacing. The price and quality for the used tires were fair.

Purchased two front tires a month ago. One had a bubble on the tire. Johnnys should have been 100% responsible but I was told that I hit a pothole and that's why a bubble formed on my tire!!! I said I'm not paying for it then they said well I have to pay half of the price of the tire. Anyway, I will not be going back to Johnny's tire for anything!!! Bad service!!!!
