As a Sprint customer for a great number of years it was/is difficult to convert to T-Mobile however I’ve never been disappointed with their customer service, which is very important to me. This visit was pleasant and I love that when I’m being helped I’m never rushed through. Their attention is on me and my needs even though there are other customers eager for their attention.

It was bad experience with them. They are trying to scam everyone. They told us you will get back $500 for trade in value and we figured out that they even didn’t give us one dollar back. They are scammers. Don’t go there.

They claim to have the largest coverage but my experience is that the coverage is about the same as sprint which they now own and if you have a sprint phone just toss that thing in the trash it won’t work on their network.

I been with t mobile for quite some time. I never had any problems with them. Everytime I have some problem with my phone t mobile is ready and willing to help me. The staff is always friendly and courteous. I had my cousin to switch over t mobile. He also likes the service. T mobile deserves 100 stars in my books. You guys are awesome

Fantastic customer service. Amber was great to work with, we traded 2 older phones and it took a while for her to get everything set up. As she was working with us, other customers came into the store, she greeted everyone and told them there would be a longer wait than usual. During this time she never rushed through our set up or made us feel like we were imposing on her time. If you want great customer service be sure to visit this branch.
