Really nice customer service one problem when I got my service they offer a free phone I knew it would have problems so I bought one for 59 dollars come to find out it has same problems now if I want a good phone its gonna 100 dollars and 25 dollars credit only usable on a new phone not so free. This never happened before when I was with you other than that your the best company out there thanks

Went in cause boost rep told me to go here for a new Sim card. Waited about 45 minutes while ppl in front of me got served. Was only 1 employee and she had lost a customers phone. Kept handing her the wrong phone and in the end she told me to go to Walmart for the card.
