I filled up on Saturday 5/21/22 and had the pleasure of meeting Joaquin. He was very pleasant, friendly, washed my windshield as well as my back window and was just plain great. I feel that we do give out enough “positives” and he certainly should get one. Excellent customer service!

Stopped by today to fill up and a young man named Adam (Randy) pumped our gas. His customer service skills was absolutely amazing! His kindness was above and beyond what is normally expected! We really enjoyed his conversation so much that we were actually bummed when he was finished 😂. Whatever you decide to do with your life in the future young man you will go far! Keep that smile on your face and that positive attitude! ✌🏼

Woman around 7:50pm on the pumps decided to discriminate against me and inform me, "getting cans out of the bins was just not ok" I looked at her looked to see if anything was posted nothing and i asked, "why?" She said, "you just don't". She acted disgusted look at me sideways and proceeds to scoff and act as if she had looked down at me. I was in the cali wildfires i lost everything so canning has become a income im not too. We are struggling to make it and im sad to see a business not take pride in the people in the community they have their store in. Making enemies instead of neighbors. Id open the minds for room to attract a part of Portland that never dies.

Nice staff and clean store....but they let tweekers live in the bathroom and only charge people for firewood who are honest enough to pay.

Wow. Just, wow. I decided to come to this location after at 9 minute wait at the 39th & Stark location. The lady complained for 4 minutes, before ever starting my gas. It was cold, so she went inside; but didn't come back for a while, then complained more. It was valid, but not my problem. She apologized for the wait and asked if I wanted a receipt. Once I started my engine to leave, I saw in my mirror, that she had left my gas door open. I had to get out and close it. Apparently Jacksons' stations are a complete sh!t show.

There was a young man Here named Kyle who not only helped me solve a personal issue but also when I was having an irate issue with another person in the parkinglot still approached me with respect and professionalism and helped redirect the situation. and then bought me a cab all the way across town to my house. this young man made me sit in awe about the type of people they hire at Shells. and I tribute my bussiness to this company

I just had the most ridiculous experience at this gas station. Pulled in for $20 cash gas, women in front of me wanted cigarettes so they went and back to find coupons that would work. Five minutes later they are still looking for the right coupon to give her and arguing if they have it I had a $20 bill to hand them! Go back out to my car and the attendant doesn't start my gas because they are helping everyone else for another five minutes. At $19.88 the attendant polls the pump and says my car will not take 20. I insist it will and the tank was empty and was now reading half full. She insists it will not and tells me I have to go inside to get a refund for my $.12. I go inside and there is a line of five people. I have left obviously without my $.12, without my $20 worth of gas. Super ticked off
