The pharmacy tech (Sally or Sandy) was so very friendly and kind. She contacted my insurance company in order to get the information corrected and my RX filled. The store was relatively busy but she took the time to give me extra attention. I work in healthcare and I know not everyone treats patients with this much care and concern. I will return to this pharmacy because they remember their is CARE in HEALTHCARE. Thank you

I have never in my life been known for leaving bad reviews…or reviews at all. But I felt it necessary to leave a review for how horrible I was treated by the staff at this location. I had ordered pictures (they were noting out of the ordinary and there were like 11 total) i had went to pick them up at the time they were expected to be ready and I was told the picture machine was down and being fixed so it would be a few hours. I was more than ok with that and asked if I could pick them up a different day and they said that would be fine. So today, Monday, May 16th, 2022 I went to pick up my pictures and I was treated absolutely horribly. They couldn’t find my picture and were extremely rude when I had told them about my situation when trying to pick them up. Eventually the man helping to find my pictures had found them and literally threw them at me. Absolutely disgusted that someone can be so horrible.

Had a bad experience today at the drive through. The person was very rude when I arrived early for an appointment. Honestly it was dead and thought it would benefit them to get me over with for a 2 second test. I'll just go to riteaid going forward.

I have had more than one HORRIBLE experience. The first was with the photo department and the second one was through the pharmacy for a vaccine. Both times, the website messed up and I had proof. I asked for their help and was very rudely dealt with in person at the store as well as when I called and spoke with a representative. It is one thing to have a bad experience. However, more than one and treated poorly is unacceptable in my eyes. Do yourself a favor and go to a store (pharmacy) that values you as the customer.

Went in to scan my deceased brother's Marine photo to have it be put on canvas for his memorial.. Ben thank you from the bottom of my heart. Ben help me and then had it completely done within 30 mins.💖

This pharmacy used to be fast quick and friendly. My script went through I keep going in and checking 2 times they said it was almost ready and it’s an hour later. You might want to get different employees or go back to when Walgreens pharmacy was quick.

It was the worst experience ever at the pharmacy department!I handed in my Suboxone script that I got filled their before and was told 15 minutes.so waited patiently and was in store and was never called to pick up.so I went and asked if my perscription was done.the tech said no they were having a problem with my insurance?so I called my insurance company and they told me that my script was never ran through the insurance to get paid for?I told the tech that and then she lied some more to me about the server from their store not connecting to my insurance server?then the Head Pharmacist comes over to confirm her lie!but with in this 30 minutes theirs people dropping off perscriptions and picking up having no problems?but you told me computer was down?is it because your AGAINST SUBOXONE!I took my script and went to Rite Aid and had no problems!this is a community store that picks and chooses who they want to descriminate against based on their medication they take!hope it doesn't happen to You! I wouldn't even rate it a star for their little lie but had to give them a star so I can post and let the community know what kind of people work their!

Needed 46 year old Army photo cleared and uniform darkened. Dropped it off said maybe 2 weeks. The very next day Kristen called photo is in. Kristen helped me go thru the computer and put in what I asked for. That photo is now a military honor banner hanging across from Butler Courthouse. Thank you Walgreens and Kristen.
