Asked for help on my less than a year old phone to get the new expanded network simcard. He refused to help and just kept repeating call tech support number which I already did and they said go to a store to get a new simcard... 0/5 Avoid boost and this location if possible.

The man who works there is horrible. I went because my phone stopped charging. I had insurance but didn't plan on using it. I was just gonna buy a new phone. Instead this man says call tech support over n over and then tells me to call outside of the store basically trying to kick me out. What a weirdo. There was another location. I just went there n bought a new phone.
