Worst experience ever They didn't set up my phone correctly. Didn't get the credit I was promised Didn't even set me up for auto pay to even save a lousy 10 dollars a month. Can't even register the overpriced phone because they say my Gmail account isn't valid. It's valid I'm using it to write this review. I'll pay this phone off and never use this horrible company again

The first time he put a new protector on my phone & today he helped me add a new line & purchase a new phone. John was professional, patient, easy to talk to & honest. He explained all my options and gave me the best deal that worked for me. The thought of going into the store can be exhausting but staff like this, makes it worth it. Thanks again!

Amazing staff. I went to a Verizon corporate store and got terrible service so I figured I would stop here. Amazing deals, the representative John S really took the time to go over everything about my purchase and changed me into a plan that will save me money. Fantastic! Keep up the great service.
