After hearing great things about this Buckle location from a friend, me and my girlfriend stopped in for some desperately needed new jeans. Shoutout to Jacey, Cheyenne and Jackie for their help and expertise! Patient, kind, and very knowledgeable. Appreciate the help and recommendations. We love our new jeans. Great place to find a new outfit, and they'll hem them for you as well! Why struggle to find a GOOD fit elsewhere when they'll get you the PERFECT fit everytime at Buckle!

I do not shop in the malls very much anymore. I went into Buckle at the Ross Twp, PA location and was so enchanted by the service. A young lady name Jacy, waited on me and was super knowledgeable about all the clothes. In fact I told her Exactly what I wanted and she went and got it. She gave me 100% of her attention as well as directed employees and assisted other customers. She is what is missing out of everyone else's customer service. I will be back!

The store was clean and the staff were very helpful. My complaints have nothing to do with the store its about the brands of clothes they carry. They have had the same brands for several years and those brands have really trended towards skinny jeans and female figured male clothing.
