Bunch of con artists. Sold me a 3DS that’s buttons didn’t work. When I went back they wouldn’t refund me my money but said they would fix it instead. I would go by once a week for two months asking if it had been repaired yet and they would always tell me to come back a week from now until I finally gave up. I basically gave them $110 for nothing in return.

Terrible. They sold me an Xbox 360 controller for $30. I got home and it does not work at all. Brand new batteries, won't even turn on. They refused to refund my money or exchange for another. I still have no controller, as nobody else has them I refuse to give these con artists more money

Ok great store however i do have 1 complaint. While i appreciate this store helping me with my collection this Friday 11/5/21 i see a sega saturn and they kid working they offered me $90 i said I'll think about it today 8 days later went their and it was some older guy was offering me it for $125 a $35 dollar difference and the gex I wanted was $40-$60 and it went up to $85-$85. Listen they got some gems but can you at least offer the sega saturn at 90 i would pay the 90 but not the 125 because your orginally offered me 90

I took my Xbox there a bit ago and it was suppose see you be 200$ for the repairs (plus they make you put down 20$ for diagnostics) it's been total radio silence the whole time because the repair guy bought parts offline that are supposedly taking more then 3 weeks to come. Very sketchy. I picked up my console and I'll just either get a new board in it or buy a new Xbox. Not worth coming here.
