For years this was my go to for dog food and treats for my dog, Dee. Product line has changed a number of times and my new Dog Max is fussy and will not eat any of the foods offered. During Covid I tried to get curb side no-contact pick up to insure the safety of store personnel but was unable to get the help I needed. Had to go elsewhere. This is my first stop here in a long time. No food for Max but a really cute green hoodie. Nice sweaters here. Quick cash line. Pleasant staff.

Several times I have made an attempt to go into the store to see/ visit the animals up for adoption at this location. However, every time I went the dog trainers have had the area blocked off. When I have tried to speak with the trainers or staff to receive the schedule so that I can plan my visits around them I have either been given a schedule that wasn't correct or I have been met with attitude from the trainers despite their own lack of communication. If dog training is going to interfere with our experience at this location we should at least be made aware of what their times are. The trainers were also rude to aspca members who were trying to reach the animals for scheduled visits.

Good pet supply store. Now they have basic vet services through Vetco. Lucy pup highly recommends. 4 and a half paws! (Sorry no pics of Lucy pup in Petco because no GoPro)

Good place to get all my critters fun stuff! Even the bearded dragon gets to have fun.

The holding tanks for small animals are gross, and they put just about 5 teddy bear hamsters in one tank.... They do have some amazing fish selection. But overall, the store seems depressing.

you cannot be serious with your staffing? The workers here and i say this with the upmost respect are all entirely way to slow or have a mental disability to be working here. i’m absolutely profoundly dumbfounded with the slowness and stupidity of the staff. not to mention the multiple dead fish in each tank CLEARLY NO maintenances were done by the looks of these tanks. corporate is next after this brutally honest review

Every time I go to this Petco, they have what I need in stock at a reasonable price. The staff is friendly and the store is clean. You can also get custom dog tags in minutes, which is really cool.

I took my dogs to get their shots. I have to say I was a little nervous about how my dogs would react, since the little one is kinda antisocial, but they did great. The staff were very knowledgeable and helpful, not to mention friendly and made my dogs feel at ease.

Great place! The employees care a lot about the animals they are taking care of and are always open to care recommendations from people who are more experienced with specific animals, I saw they had sand in their baby leopard gecko tank and asked about it and they listened to me while I explained the dangers of the substrate and told me they would work on getting them another substrate. Also, I went in to ask about their bettas the other day because I was interested in adopting one later this week, and the aquatics person immediately asked me about my setup and water to make sure that the betta would be going to a good home. She let me show her a picture of the setup for feedback and told me how happy she was to see someone taking fish care seriously. The bettas were all alert and healthy looking, and when I noticed one who looked a little off I picked him up to bring him to the aquatics person. As soon as I picked him up he perked up and started swimming around and gill flaring just like the other fish! This is my favorite pet store since pet value shut down and I will absolutely be going back to get my betta from them!
