Long story short: State of RI didn't pay for their check, for reasons not fully clear yet to me. Ms Gonzalez at this branch was very nice to me at the phone. She redirected me to costumer support, and I was able to get the money back. That's good costumer service

I have been a customer of Santander Bank for years!! I just love that Bank!! To me waiting in line is worth the wait!! I have used the Financial district Santander Bank .... They are the best!! Now to my surprise my favorite personal banker Lisa has relocated to that branch! What a great surprise! You need banking done she is the person to see. Her knowledge and banking experience is over the top.. Try out this branch you will not be disappointed!! Extremely satisfied customer

I’m switching banks. Applied for a personal loan told them it was time sensitive (leaving the country for two months). They said they would submit the application and get back to me in two days . . . A week later nothing. I called back because I hadn’t heard anything. Spoke with the manager who said he would check into the application. He called me back that afternoon to tell me he had lied to me in the morning and that the week before he had completely forgot to submit it, but he told me he just submitted it and would call the next day with an update. Three days later and still no word (I’m flying out that evening). I call back, talk to the same manager, he says he’ll call back in a few minutes. A few hours later still nothing so I call back, the manager answers, says he is with a client, but will call back in ten minutes. It is five hours later (10:00 pm) and I’m hopping on my flight out of the country.

One of the tellers here was super rude to me. I went up to her to ask for help with the atm machine given that my card had gotten stuck in there. She literally said “ I don’t know why you would come here to put your non Santander card in our atm, I can’t help you” I proceeded to call both banks and they stated it was the machine that had a glitch and nothing on my part. Very inconsiderate and upfront rude, never going there again. Was going to switch to this bank but won’t do so anymore. 👎🏽

This is not the first time I have waited in line here for over 15 minutes! There was one teller open, two sitting at the windows and three! additional staff milling about behind the glass. One of which opened a window finally after 10 minutes with 9 customers in the line
