Place was open when I desperately needed to do laundry as my washer failed and had a flight in two days. Everywhere else was closed so their hours are good. Washers are fast, didn't mess up my laundry, and worked well. Didn't have to wait for anyone - lots of out of order machines but wasn't an issue for me. I took two stars off because A) the place is kind of run down, dirty, and smells like body odor. It was...strong. B) At 5 bucks a wash and another 2 to 3 to dry, im having to put 25 quarters into a machine at once like its 1976. Its 2022. I don't use cash ever, haven't in years, and everything today is e-pay or credit. Just a huge inconvenience to lug around actual pounds of quarters. Its not as if a load is a dollar anymore.... just would appreciate a card or electronic based option (a-la Sea Island Suds).

Out of 45 washers, 17 out of order, 10 reserved, leaving only 18 washers. 3 of the ones that were supposed to work did not take my quarters. Out of 32 dryers, 9 out of order, 8 reserved. The equipment looks reasonably new, but obviously not maintained well.

Laundry mat is good some machines are out of order tho but wasn't crowded and you can drop off your laundry and they will do it for a couple bucks they also have a atm inside and a machine to get detergent change and my favorite part is the food inside the restaurant is real good

Great service at this laundromat. We drop off our laundry routinely and when we pick it up everything is folded nicely and clean. On days when we have a lot of laundry, the staff even helps us bring the bags to a car. I'm only deducting one star, because the washing machines and dryers do not accept credit card which is only an issue when I want to do a quick load of laundry.

All of the washers are broken, most of the dryers are broken. I've been coming here for 10yrs. and have never seen where all the appliances are broken. won't be back until they fix these machines.

Great prompt service. Needed laundry cleaned while staying at a Hotel. Affordable prices and pick up/drop off service included. Highly recommended

Super dirty. Super rundown. Half or more of the machines are out of service. The old cafe is gone to make room for Poke King, and it looks gross, rundown, unorganized, and just dirty. College aged guy hanging out behind the food counter with no mask and have yet to see him wash hands or clean anything. Do yourself a favor, find another laundry spot, and dont even think of eating here. Good luck on parking, btw!

Machines work well, on-site attendant/(owner?), spacious areas to sort, air conditioned, same day full service offered. Would definitely recommend washing your clothes here. Best laundromat in Charleston!

This laundry mat is pretty good. it costs $2.50 per load it’s in a good location and it’s kinda safe. Except there’s one minus I noticed... there’s a padlock on the outside of the ladies room door!? Probably not intentional but if you were using it on a bad day you could possibly get locked in it. So be careful when you go in, make sure you check for it and carry the lock inside with you. But I’ll probably be back to wash again.😊

This is not good laundromat. I have been going to the place for 3 years and is has gotten worse. The staff has been rude on multiple occasions. I went in 2 hours before they closed I was warned to make sure I left on time. One of the older female employees stood and watched me fold my laundry telling me to hurry up when they still has 30 mins to closing. Another time the younger male employee told me an hour before closing that I need to hurry up warning me to not go past closing. I have never once in any of my years going here have stayed till closing. The guy then turned around and let tourist start 8 loads of laundry with 15 mins till closing. He went on to guarantee them they could wash and dry every load. It is ridiculous to treat repeat customers this way. I appreciate that he helped to tourist, but it should right after the rude warnings he gave me.
