Was hired on and the day before I was suppose to start work I was called and told the store manager notice I had face tattoos so they told me to send pics of my tattoos and then later told me that face tattoos was against regulations but my point is they hired me knowing I had tattoos but the branch manager seen I was a colored man and just didn’t think I was the look they was going for . They will get everything coming for racially profiling.

3 different people attended me, went the day B4 just to make sure of the insurance she took notes but said at the time of rental, I asked twice for their insurance the next day, no one explained anything, jumped from one to another, new guy with good intentions wanted my insurance and took info no matter what, results, no coverage for windshield on truck passing by flying rocks, after 43 years of perfect record seems they pretend that I pay full price for their incompetence and desorganización.. NEW INFO: Contacted by THE BOSS someone signing HH, let's keep the hopes high even when today I don't see his response anymore??!!... NEW INFO:Last revision, do not try anything, just pay, guilty or not, $370 + outrageous $85 toll (more than double of what I used) I will post this msg even in the surface of the Moon...

Super friendly staff here. I've rented here twice (soon to be a third) and every time they took great care of me. Highly recommended. Update: I had an impromptu meeting I had to drive to and Enterprise was out of cars. I called the local branch and asked if they could notify me if somebody canceled. They took my information and to my surprise called me in about 2 hours to let me know somebody had canceled. Can't say enough about the service at this Lexington location on sunset boulevard.

I will not use this location again. My experience here has also made me question if I will utilize this company in the future. On February 2, 2022 , I was scheduled to be picked up by enterprise and transported to pick up a vehicle. I was picked up over 30 mins late by a less than pleasant individual. I was given a car with absolutely no gas, I had to stop at the gas station immediately. No gas meaning I would run out of gas in less than 40 miles. I was not given a copy of any paperwork via email or in person ( thank goodness I was never stopped by law enforcement). Because I was given a larger vehicle than what I was use to driving, I opted into some option, which I was told I could cancel at anytime. I paid for the option coverage at the time of picking up the car. Unfortunately , my car took a little longer to be fixed than planned. I was charged for 10 days of the optional coverage at one time, again I was not given a copy of any paperwork to know how to cancel this coverage and since I was not actively being charged,I was not aware I still had the coverage. I called the location and I was told I could only cancel the coverage in person due to liability reasons. I went up to the location and I was not allowed to sign the paperwork to end the optional coverage. I was told to come back the next day and I would not be charged for the day I came( mind you when I came into the location they were openly gossiping about with me with other customers present )Well my car was ready to next day. I gave the car back and my card was again charged for the day I was told that I would not be charged for and the day I returned the car. It has been almost 2 weeks and my deposit was not returnee either. I took video to show I did no Damage to the car and I returned the car with more gas than I recieved it with. I have reached out to corporate several times without a response. I am aware my complaints have been recieved due to them being discussed inside the location. I even completed the survey that was automatically sent and still nothing. It has almost been 2 weeks.

I was very disappointed in the rental, the car stunk, the car was dirty on the inside, I had issues seeing through the back window, some type of residue was on there, I understand this is a rental but the most nasty rental I have ever been in, I had to call my insurance company to let them know how disappointed and displeased with it.

The staff went out of their way to accommodate and help me- only kind words for them, but the rental car reeked of cigarette smoke so badly that I had to drive around with the windows down for two weeks. Gave me a headache if I left windows up. To be fair, I got too busy to call and report the issue so moral of the story....make sure you're ok and satisfied with your rental (and it doesn't stink) before you leave the lot.

STAY AWAY! Presented us with a dirty and damaged vehicle and would not help locating a replacement! We called the Harbison store and they found us a replacement at the Irmo location within 5 minutes!!!

I've used this location routinely for a few years now and I've always had good service. They're pretty good at having whatever I reserved, but I generally come out better for it if they don't. On my most recent trip, I had to make an unplanned drop of my vehicle in OH and they elected to not charge me the one-way drop fee (without me asking for it), so it was nice to see my loyalty rewarded by a local office. It's not something I'd expect every time, but it's nice to know the staff did something like look at my rental history of their own accord and cut me a break.
