5 Stars doesn't do my review justice! 10 out of 10!! I worked with Brittaney to set up wifi and submit all my paperwork, and when I wasn't able to get to the AT&T store she went out of her way to meet me in person and take care of absolutely everything! I've never had a customer experience this stellar, and I can't thank her enough. Days later she's responsive and going out of her way to assist me in the set up my new AT&T service, while fielding my numerous inquiries and changes to my additional accounts. Thank you so much

OH MY GOODNESS! Where do I even begin?! Edwin and Kris were AMAZING!!! Kris was so professional and extremely knowledgeable. He made me want to buy the whole store and refer anyone and everyone just to experience such a wonderful encounter. The same goes for Edwin! My god! I’ve never met a manager that was so squared away!!! There wasn’t an issue he wasn’t willing to tackle. His managerial skills were top notch and his professionalism was 10 out of 10. I was blown away by those two. Both deserve a much needed promotion! It was very much giving Chic-Fil-A customer service!

Excellent. I went in to get new phones added to my plan. Working with Josh was fast and easy. He made sure we got the discounts. And when there was a difficult technical issue with my previous provider he stayed with us and did amazing problem solving. Great customer service. Very knowledgeable. Great problem solving. Highly recommend this location

Just tried to return an Apple Watch and the store falsely tried to charge me a $55 restocking fee. Initially stated they couldn't find the watch in my account, then said I purchased it in April so it wasn't eligible for a return, then said oh yeah you did just purchase it. I had the shipping box/label that confirmed I received it 8/2/22. I tried to initially cancel the online order - they refused. Then I tried to return 8/3 online - never received a shipping label. Went into store 8/15 and now told it's $55 restocking fee - even though it states the exact opposite online. "If your order isn't exactly what you were hoping for, you can return or exchange it for another product. Our 14-day return policy applies to all orders. For orders placed online, there won't be a restocking fee for returns made in the first 14 days." The phone I purchased in April was returned without a stocking fee and so should this watch. Had to email corporate to get resolved.

I recently got a new phone at this AT&T location. It was a great experience and I feel very well taken care of. I have to compliment Josh and Kyle for that. Josh was very helpful and knowledgeable about his products, promotions, and plans. Being in retail myself I appreciate Josh’s salesmanship style of being conversational and offering straight forward information instead of being a “salesperson”. On my first visit I wasn’t even planning on buying a new phone for a while but I was curious about what was available. We talked about the different Samsung phones along with informing me of a trade-in promotion; which made the new phone almost nothing. I still didn’t buy then since my phone was only starting to slow down but still working decently enough. But, the more I thought about it; the promotion made it a good deal. So, I went back in and Josh ordered the phone. This time I also talked with Kyle; who has helped me on multiple previous visits. (I appreciate Kyle’s straight-forward style and his knowledge/problem solving experience. Kyle has always been great to work with.) After the new phone arrived, I went back in. Josh got it working, transferred the data, and updated my plan. The whole phone buying and activating process went much smoother than I imagined. Working with both Josh and Kyle, I felt as if I was in good hands and that they are experienced professionals. Everything together made this a great experience. I appreciate both of them helping me with my personal phone needs. And, Kyle for also helping me with my business phone needs as well. I hope they are available the next time I have to go by the store. If anyone reading this is considering AT&T’s services; I highly recommend talking with Josh and Kyle. Again, many thanks to both of them!

I WISH I WAS AN UNDERCOVER BOSS! Today I visited this store with my 74 year old retired veteran grandfather to purchase him a new iPhone 13 Pro Max and an iPad Air. While we were waiting everyone in the store was polite and friendly, but one person stood out beyond measures. Kris Vernette. First and foremost, he immediately recognized my grandads service to our country and promptly thanked him. He also checked every Avenue possible to find us the absolute best deal and we didn’t even have to ask him to do that. He laid out every possibility for us and gave us his professional opinion and then allowed us to pick what option we liked best. Kris was so professional I thought HE was the store manager (I found out after asking for the manager so that I could compliment Kris, that the manager was busy at the time which gave Kris 5 more stars in my book for how he stepped in so effortlessly). Not once but twice, this rude couple entered in the store demanding unreasonable service honestly and they both were just flat out NASTY, but Kris calmly and politely stepped in each time before things could get too out of hand and tried to diffuse the situation. Kris never matched their energy and the average person might have lost it the way those two were going. Although the angry couple still left in an uproar, there was literally nothing Kris or anyone else could have done to handle the situation any better than he did. Upon storming out the store and using much fowl language the angry couple said they would be taking their business elsewhere, and that’s their right (maybe they should go to another company that would welcome their abusive behavior towards their employees) but seriously, Kris should be promoted and offered a huge raise for the way he conducted himself and represented AT&T today. He should be the trainer that trains the trainers on how to train new and upcoming sales representatives. I’m going to be checking back up on Kris and his growth with the company. We are face to face kind of people so anytime my grandfather wants something new, we go inside of a store no matter how good the customer care over the phone or online prices might be. And every single phone he has had since AT&T was Cingular has come from an in store representative. I must say I look forward to seeing Kris promoted and/or new members of your upcoming teams trained by Kris Vernette. 5 stars because google doesn’t offer 10 star reviews!
