when I think of THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I think of JULIE from Fedex. I do not know how she has a job with her attitude and demeanor. As an old lady, she should be EMBARRASSED with how she treats customers.

Very poor customer service. Needed a print job for four sheets of paper. Showed up before it said it was ready because I needed them asap. there was no other customers in the store. The lady told me she they wont be ready for another 24 hours because there were other orders to fill for other customers before me. Again I am the only customer in the store at the time and it would have took all of 60 seconds to print my job. Unbelievable the attitude I was given was I was told there is no way they can do my order right then and there. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who needs a quick print job.

A busy location with lots of activity. The two employees worked expediently to handle every customer in a timely fashion. Some wanted copies made , passport photos, or were shipping packages. In less than 10 minutes I’d say they served at 12 people. Everyone of those people needed a hands on solution. There was no moss growing under this pair of hardworking ladies. Patience is all you need.

I don’t know why this place is rated so low. I received great customer service from Ms. Vickie and she was very kind and considerate. Had me in and out of the office in a matter of seconds, thanks Vickie!

I hate to write bad reviews but, sometimes you have to get it out there. Had a terrible experience today at this FedEx location talk about lack of customer service. I don't remember the last time I was talked down to from someone like the "Blonde" lady everyone continues to complain about. Condescending, arrogant and rude. No surprise the one star reviews about her go back 3 years. The real surprise is, why is she still there??? Obviously Fed Ex doesn't care about customer service too much. Very disappointing!

Management here is the worst I have seen in a long time, I'm convinced the blonde lady that manages this location didn't even graduate high school. She tried to tell me I needed to buy another fedex box for a package that was already placed in a fedex box because it didn’t come from her store.

I was visiting Mount Pleasant and had to mail some of my things home and was upset and worried about it making it home safely as some of the items were very dear to me. Things that I couldn't take back home on the plane. I didn't have any idea on how I was going to get it all done. The manager, Julie, was so nice and helpful. She helped calmed me down and helped figure out how to get my stuff where it needed to go safely. Everything arrived in perfect condition. I want to thank her and Fedex for the excellent service. I wish all managers were caring and dedicated to customer service like. It is rarity in today's society to find people who really care!
