I purchased a sofa and love seat and was told how wonderful the performance fabric is. It is not at all a fabric that you can clean easily. Hair sticks in the woven fabric, and dirt does not come out . The quality is poor but I needed something in a hurry. I regret buying them. I feel that I was lied to about the fabric and the ease of cleaning it. The store and staff are not what they used to be either. I used to enjoy looking around.

I purchased a slipcover sofa from Haven’s about a year ago and I hate this sofa. It was a horrible purchase. The sofa has pilled the entire time I’ve had it. I reached out to the staff about the pilling and was told to use a fabric shaver. Well a year later I have to shave the sofa on a weekly basis and it’s only gotten worse. Super annoying!! For a 2,000 dollar sofa it looks awful and I didn’t purchase it with the knowledge that I would be shaving it constantly. It is not stain resistant and liquid resistant as I was told. The cushions have down in them and have flattened. All of the down is outside of the cushion. Honestly the sofa is horrible quality and I would never recommend to a family or friend to purchase from this business after this experience. Very disappointed.

I’ve shopped here many times and always been very pleased with, service, price and items. Today was exceptional! I suggest always give them a look before you buy. Best part is you can take it right off the floor rather than waiting for weeks or even months delivery

I’m terribly disappointed! I was beyond excited about a sectional sofa we purchased in early 2020. It was perfect but a couple months in the “performance fabric” began pilling terribly. I tried everything!! When I called Havens, they advised me to just use a fabric shaver and said it wouldn’t keep doing it, it’s just new. So I did! used …over and over. It did help, but the fabric keeps pilling worse and worse. Stains do not come out easily, as advertised and for that they just keep telling me Im not cleaning it correctly. Just 1.5 years later, I truly hate this sofa and want a new one. It’s unacceptable - not the quality I thought I was buying and their lack of service to help address this has been very lacking. So sad!!!

I love Haven’s Furniture store. They have the best home decor to choose from and their prices are great. Their staff is very friendly and helpful. I love that they have new products on the floor weekly. Great store!

Fantastic and quality alternative to places like Steven Shell and GDC, and the biggest bonus, the girls who work @ Haven's furniture are so helpful and pleasant. I didn't feel like I was bothering anyone when I asked for assistance with details of decorating. Victoria was sweet and really helped me piece together some things I've been struggling with for a shiplap wall. I would highly recommend going to Haven's furniture for any of your decorative needs.
