I am highly allergic to gluten (celiac disease) and dairy. Sophia went above and beyond to make sure my food was not cross contaminated. She was very polite and took even more precautions than what i asked for to make sure what I was eating was safe. Thanks Sophia!!

This was awful. My food wasn’t edible. I ordered the French dip, a house salad, and the broccoli cheddar soup. My sandwich was burnt and dry. The soup had giant uncooked pieces of broccoli in it. The salad was welted with slimy tomatoes and cucumbers that had gone bad. I threw away the whole lunch! Waste of money. Will never return.

Two times , twice wrong. Wouldn’t suggest ordering unless you want a ticket that says your order but given the wrong food.

I use to love this place. I went for dinner tonight and had to repeat my order four times to the girl with earbuds on. They were out of the side item I like (not the first time) and she said she still had to charge me, to pick something else. When I said I do not like the other options, she simply shrugged her shoulders and asked will that be all? I said I do not think it is right to be charged for an item that you do not even have and I left. To never return by the way. I even asked her if I could substitute a cookie instead. She said no.

The food is good. SOME employees are nice. Others are off in la la land it seems. The bathroom is disgusting. Sorry not sorry. I mean I've been coming here for years and it has gone downhill a lot. I keep coming back in hopes of improvement each time because I really do like this place.

This place might have decent sandwiches, but they have the most disgusting bathroom in all of Mount Pleasant, and possibly the Charleston area as a whole. And it’s not a one off: it was equally disgusting all three times I have been there. It smells like a litter box (literally) that hasn’t been cleaned in a month. There are spots of human waste on the walls around the toilet. There was no toilet paper 2/3 times. The waste basket is overflowing with paper towels, which are all over the floor around it. There is toilet paper in the toilets (I guess they don’t flush the whole way). There is toilet paper all over the floor. The sink is dirty. This place is unsanitary. The employees also use these restrooms: I wouldn’t want them making me food ever again.

Online orders always wrong. I don't know why i keep ordering from here. I guess i'll learn someday, but it is often our last minute dinner choice. Probably order 2 times a month. They always get the order wrong. Even though its printed correct on the receipt. Whatever food comes with the order is usually decent enough i guess, but its a running joke in our family that it doesn't matter what we order, they will get it wrong. Compare the brocolli we received vs what it looks like on the menu

First time here and I’m a bit disappointed with the quality. The lettuce leaves on my sandwich were wilted and the avocado was brown- not fresh and green as it should be. The turkey and bacon were good. Portions seem small and not worth it for the price- I’d prefer Panera or Subway.

We had takeout food from this McAlister's Deli last night. I usually always get my favorite Sweet Chipotle Chicken Sandwich. I cut out bread though so I ordered the 1/2 salad and soup. As you can see in the attached photos, I ordered the Southwest Chicken salad and the Tortilla Soup. The salad was really good but the lime vinaigrette was amazing! The soup was also good even on a hot summer day. My wife had the club sandwich and the kids split the broccoli and chicken. The food was pretty good but I had to go back in once in the car because they forgot my tortilla soup. When we got home, we realized they forgot the kids fruit. So, kind of a mixed bag but I will probably order this same thing again.
