Walked in with packages to return to Amazon. Three representatives told me they are a UPS/Amazon drop off location, but couldn’t accept my returns. I was told by the third representative they couldn’t scan the QR code Amazon emailed, only a bar code. I’ve never received a return bar code from Amazon. I’m very frustrated at wasted time.

There's not usually much of a wait when I have to use their service, but the staff is not usually friendly. I either get assistance from someone acting like they don't want to be there or I get the person that acts like I offended them by walking in the door.
