They removed my skid plate to do an oil change and REPLACED IT with 2 (two) out of 10 (ten) bolts when they put it back on!! How do I know this? It just about caused an accident when one of the bolts broke under stress while driving 65 miles an hour on Highway 385 this morning! Thank you to the kind gentleman that stopped and removed it for me on his way to work! Full out NEGLIGENCE on their part!!! Service: Oil change

$900 dollars later out of my pocket for a botched oil change. Essentially they stripped my oil pan bolt, rigged it up with some type of sealant and all my oil nearly leaked out and motor nearly was ruined until fortunately another auto service provider for a different service noted that I had a major oil leaked 2 days after Jiffy Lube in Collierville caused damage and I noticed a major oil leak in my drive. I question the new repair shop saying they were wrong I just had a oil chage less than 2 days prior, and that is when they showed me nearly no oil was in my engine and the stripped drain plug and the way Jiffy Lube tried to cover the damage by adding silicon or something all over the botched job. The sad thing is neither of the repair peoole at Jiffy Lube told me of the damage. All to prevent having to pay for the repaired damage. It was my teenage sons car and all I can think of is him on the road and being stranded becuase of unscrupulous repair persons and the potential engine failure that would have resulted since nearly all the oil have leaked through this cover up. This is how they function I guess. Dangerous, Very Dangerous Facility at Jiffy Lube Collierville location No concern for the safety of the people that try to service their vehicles there. Nonone had answers other than we will contact the district manger but we cant let you contact the district Manager. Our company rules forbid it. Again, I would never recommend any person who have loved ones or themselves in a vehicle to have any service of a critical nature like a basic oil change performed at Jiffy Lube Collierville. Recently I’ve been really busy, with school and haven’t been giving the love my car deserves because I’ve been really focus on a school! My car was definitely in need of some help. When I went in for an oil change James, Amerique, and Jerry really helped me out and did an excellent job. Really they went above and beyond they cleaned my windows, my head lights and even vacuumed my carpet in my driver seat, they also changed my wind shield wipers because I’ll be honest they were on there way to flying off! Im so happy they helped me out I !they really made my day and went above and beyond to help me ! I recommend going here for your oils change or even more if you needed ! No need to leave my personal info. The tech dragged that oily hose across my fender and hood and it left oil smudges. Oily fingerprints in my engine bay. Almost $70 is still alot to pay for oil changes. Your signature service is not a signature nothing anymore. Doesnt matter. My oil needed changing and they changed it. I just wont return to this particular one. Services: Oil change, Air & cabin filter replacement
