The best Verison experience I’ve had. He was wonderful. Very helpful and kind. The store was getting busy and he never hurried. We forgot to erase my old phone before I left but within five minutes he called. He was so kind and helpful I trusted him to do it Thanks Verison you have a GREAT EMPLOYEE.

Went in store to transfer service from TMobile to Verizon. Karen waited on us. She kept saying we need a pin from TMobile. 3 hours later we left store with new phone not working. Went home and contacted TMobile myself and got new phone downloaded within 30minutes. When I was in store Karen told me I couldn’t use store restroom had to go to restaurant next door. Next day when I went back I saw other people using the store restroom!!!!! Went back today to ask some basic setup questions about new Samsung Galaxy phone. She said she didn’t know anything about Samsung phones. She was too busy playing on the computer to help me. How can someone like that work in a Verizon store if they know nothing about phone setup. I will never go to the Collierville Verizon store again.

Terrible service. I ordered two phones on Verizon’s website to be picked up at this store, which showed both phones in stock. 6 hours later, I called to see if the order was ready and the female employee told me it was pending and that the phones were in stock, but she had no idea why it was pending and that she had no way of confirming the order. She suggested I call #611 to get an answer - they had no explanation either. I called the next afternoon (today) and a male employee told me the same thing - order was still pending and no clue why. However, now one of the phones was out of stock, and I couldn’t pick up the second phone that was in stock because the order magically cancelled while I was on the line with him somehow. Called customer service back and of course, order still shows pending. And of course, the phone that I was told was out of stock is showing in stock when I go to reorder it. Trash of a store, won’t be back.

I recently purchased a new iPhone and jet pack for WIFI service for my house. Antoin assisted me with my purchase, answered all my questions, and had a very knowledgeable and professional demeaner. He was a joy to work with, and I appreciate his patience in making sure I understood everything we discussed. I went back to Verizon the next week to pick up my new phone and Jamiah had my phone ready for pick up. She picked out a case for me and made sure all of my information was transferred to my new phone. She was delightful and very competent in her skills. Both representatives exhibited what a true service rep should be. I was extremely satisfied with the service I received.

I had an amazing experience at Verizon today. Mariah was great! She was at the store by herself and continued to handle herself with calmness and patience as people continued to walk in, in need of service. She took her time with me and another customer. I wish they had her more help but she made my experience great! She explained everything to me and even walked me through set up and explained my new device to me. I wasn't even planning on upgrading my phone but because of her kind service, I decided to go ahead and upgrade my phone. Thank you so much, Mariah for all your hard work. If I could give you a raise, I would. Many blessings to you.

Was told it would be a 35 minute wait. Waited 3 hours and asked if we could make an appointment for another day. Was told yes but to call the store phone. Then tells us nevermind they have "no idea" how to do that. Any time the people in front of us had a question, he had to call his supervisor to find out the answer. These people need to be properly trained before they are left alone. I felt bad for the poor guy. He was trying his best but how can you properly run a store if you cannot even answer the most basic questions?

My job requires a good bit of travel so having an S9+ going bad was not an option. Elvin was polite, knowledgeable, and patient walking me through everything and getting my new phone all set up. I would absolutely come back for his advice and assistance.

Let me start by saying this store manager and associate are cheating new customers and giving misleading information. The buy one get one offer they say you can buy any devices however it turned out to be incorrect I had to pay for both the devices. I suggest not to trust what they are saying along with all this prepare to wait for more than 60- 90 mins even you book online. I would not suggest anyone to visit this store they are cheater.
