I love OfficeMax ❤️ I am addicted to any office store 😆 So when I went to get ink for my husband's printer I knew they would have it since of course Walmart didn't. So they did indeed have one combo pack of color and black and white ink I originally wanted 2 but thats OK. I ended up with backpack 🎒 that was 25% off and a whole cart full of things I found on Sale. My hubby will be so happy 😉😉😳 (he didn't find it quite as funny as I did 😄) anyway they always have what I need and then some and staff not only is helpful but stops what they are doing and physically takes you to the product or area you ask about. Kudos to them at least in our Columbia TN store they do. You guys are great. Thank you for your great service.

Glad I can leave this here. Office Max moderates the reviews of its products on it's website so harshly you can barely say anything bad about a bad product. I purchased a RealSpace MFTC200 chair for $300 at Office Depot in Columbia, Tennessee. Two weeks after using it I could feel the bolts from the bottom of the chair through the cushion, hurts to sit in it. Checked the receipt and it's non-returnable without the box, and I was over the 14 return period for furniture. I tried using the chat on the site, they wasted my time for 15 minutes only to tell me I had to go back to the store and speak to someone in person. Just awful all the way around, I can't recommend this chair or Office Max or Office Depot at all at this point. This is why Amazon is winning.

I just made another trip to Office Depot/Office Max and am always welcomed and pleased with the service. Dee does an exceptional job in the printing department! It's like spinning plates, always busy but she keeps everyone happy and provides quality printing!

Don't like the new staff in the print department . Waited 5 minutes before the older white lady even thought about stopping what she was doing to ask me if I needed help. Then of course her attitude & demeanor was very cavalier to my business request & acted as of she couldn't print out my gift certificates. I've been using office max for over a year for all my business marketing & never had an issue until yesterday. I will now take my business to online resources moving forward .

I went in there today to pick up an online order, and received help from a young lady that was extremely nice. My order was not ready yet, and two older aged women came into the picture. They proceeded to complain to me about how I came in there way too early for my order, and snapped with an attitude after I simply tried to help. Even the younger lady today me how sorry she was about how rude they were to me, and about how that was uncalled for. I gave the two stars for her, she was amazing. Meanwhile, having two employees gang up and continue to be rude to the point, the other girl felt so bad she apologized, was unnecessary. I work in retail as well, I know times can be rough and customers can be super rude. Which, is why I go out of the way to be extra nice to employees. This was just so much. My first and only time going in here. But an extra thank you to the young lady who helped me and apologized, she was so nice and sympathetic. She deserves a raise, and she also deserves recognition.
