I would give zero stars if I could. My husband and I walked in at 3pm on a Monday afternoon to get two drinks. Stood around for 5 minutes because no one was up front and all hiding in the back. Kept getting ignored when saying “Hello?” Finally they saw us and said “Only taking mobile orders.” Us and the lady behind us were very confused. When walking out, you could hear them laughing to each other. Never ever coming back to this Wendy’s :)

Absolutely the worst line ever. Always 10 minutes or more. I've gone here maybe 4 times and all but one time i left due to the wait. There is usually maybe 3-4 cars ahead of me when i get there. I will never goto this Wendy's again.

This is the only fast food restaurant in the area that closes its dining room!! They say they don't have staff for the dining room, only mobile and window orders, bit when's the last time anybody had a server at Wendy's????? I hate this place and their food sucks!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Go anywhere else, I promise it'll be better, even from the dumpster!!!!!

Addicted to the breakfast menu Love the maple bacon chicken sandwich and those potatoes! Heavenly!!! Oh and the lemonades are so good!!! The only downside is slow due worker shortage, but the food is worth the wait!

Same complaint as others.. you got 2 managers on duty, and 3 other workers.. yet you close down to Doordash, by 5pm every day. . I've worked with less, and have pumped out WAY more volume.. takes way to long in drive through. Your food is garbage just like the rest.. macdonalds can do it, you can do it

Had a craving for a jr. bacon cheeseburger biggie bag. Pulled up to the drive thru, no service. Tried again, nothing. Went inside, 15 min for food. Got home to eat and the fries were cold. Even allowing for travel time, cold. Not warm. Honestly though, I could see that they are struggling. They need people to work so that it's fast food, not just - food. It wasn't the best experience, but it wasn't the worst. The food was good aside from fries and I am full. And side note, whomever did the landscaping there, wow. Always immaculant work. Best outside of any Wendy's I've ever seen.

Update: This location is having some serious staffing issues. They keep closing really early and left several of us sitting in the drive-through without letting anyone know they were closing. It's ridiculous! At least let us know so we aren't just sitting there waiting. Instead, they turned off the menu lights with five cars waiting. We probably won't be back. This was our go to fast food place. Not anymore. We usually get everything we've ordered hot, fresh, and accurate. The staff is friendly and helpful, never making us feel rushed even when they are busy. This is our favorite Wendy's in the area, and I highly recommend it! (Not anymore!)

There were 2 cars ahead of me at the drive thru when I pulled up. I waited 30 minutes for cold fries, nearly warm burger, and congealed nuggets. And had to ask for straws because the window worker was more interested in trying to get my dog's attention than actually handing me my order so I could finally leave.

Food was fine, but drive thru took an absurdly long time for just one other person being in line. Then, the staff were very rude when I noticed a mistake in my order and asked them to fix it. Not going back to this location

Giving this a 1 because I can't give a 0. Entered the store at 3:49pm on Sunday and there was a long line at drive thru. Was told they are only taking mobile orders and at least 5-6 workers present. This is unacceptable. Folks wants $15 an hour or more but they don't want to work. We will NEVER come back to Wendy's. So long. So tired of trying to get a meal and folks acting this way. There were 4 families that came in and left while we were there. We called back and there were 2 managers on duty, Wliam and a woman. Why could we not be served? Total nonsense. McDonald's had no problem accommodating us. Only hope they don't hire your lazy employees when yall close down cause you won't stay in business ling.
