We was in a bad spot today and blew out a tire in hobby lobby parking lot and didn’t have the spline socket to change out my tire. I called Advanced auto parts in Greenville Tn and they said they had the tool we needed to change it out and I explained my situation to them and they brought me the tool and helped me change it out. And when I asked what I owed him he said I didn’t owe him a thing. The tool even got stuck on my wrench and he told me to keep it in case we needed it again. I was so wracked in my head that I forgot to get his name but from the bottom of my and my family’s hearts we appreciate you for your help and generosity.

The store was okay and the employees were helpful. We got what we were looking for but it was more expensive than the place we usually go to. Everything was organized well and it was easy to find what we needed. The employee looked up the part we needed quickly and it worked fine.

Normally this is where I get all of my autoparts when needed but this last visit was terrible. I needed to purchase or order several parts for two separate vehicles and you think they would appreciate the business but the guy helping look up the parts was just trying to rush me along and got annoyed anytime I had a question and everytime I told him I needed something else. ended up having to go somewhere else because I guess he got tired of doing his job and didn't want to order any more parts because the last 3 or 4 parts I requested he he said no we don't carry that and we can't order it either and didn't even bother typing it in on his computer to check.
