I can't complain, they try their best to get me good deals and always address any issues I have. Ok an update!! After never having any troubles finally had a drop in speed on my internet and TV reception going in and out I called for service. I had this problem before and its always line related not to my house but on the road to my house. They always came before and checked inside and said ok its not in your house you won't be billed. This time same thing. Technician came in and 5 minutes later said its not in your house it's in the lines outside. I said I know. Well fast forward a month I get a 300 dollar bill for new installation that never happened. Went to the store 3 times and each time they said would take care of it. 3 months later they turn me over to collections for a service I never received. So since the pandemic they are nothing but money grabbing crooks. Sorry to say but its true. I was going to change cellphone service to them and glad I didn't now. This is how they treat a loyal customer now!!

I hate xfinity. I have never been more frustrated in my life! I wil never use your services again and everyone in my family that uses your services will be cancelling as well because of this horrible experience! I just spent 7 hours and 48 minutes of my day off on the phone trying to connect ANYONE in this awful company that could help me. Greenville store- I called 8 times today no one answered the phone! Xfinity doesn't service the area of Tennessee I'm in and that's fine so we transfer services, we called to unlocked our phones, we're told everything was good to go and to transfer our lines to the new provider. But they didn't really unlock our phones and after nearly 8 hours and 11 representatives no one from xfinity was able to help us. We were told after we deactivated the account that the unlocking team could take up to 72 hours to get the unlock code and that if we dont get it in 72 hours call back for them to put in another request that would take an additional 72 hrs. If they had told us to wait for a code all of this could have been avoided but they told us we were "Good to go" and "ready to transfer at anytime". Every single representative told us the last person we spoke to didn't know what they were doing and that we had been misinformed about possible solutions but that they could help us find a solution. Our call was dropped 4 times. We were charges $209 for something that no one could explain to us. And we still can't use our phones. The last representative that dropped the call after 49 minutes on the line with us said he we wouldn't be able to reactivate our lines for 3 months but that if he was wrong we could be getting new sim cards in the mail I 2-6 days, but that we shouldn't use them because he was unsure if he was successful in trying to reactive the currently used sim cards with a new number. This place is a mess. Save yourselves the headache do not use xfinity!

Very rude at store. I spent 7 hours of my life on the phone trying to get internet and cable in my fathers residence and was finally referred to drove 45 minutes to the closet store from Johnson City. Comcast was my only choice due to the service area where I needed service. I recommend for nobody to do business with Comcast / x-finitity

Horrible customer service, when asking for the representatives name he was proud to say Mark !!! I hope something changes, Xfinity doesn’t need to be represented in such an unprofessional manner. Was told by two customer support reps over the phone, that I needed to exchange my equipment, because I’ve moved from another state. When walking in to Greenville Tennessee retailer, I was unable to exchange equipment.

Horrible service that drops multiple times a day, customer service is a little or no help. I managed to escalate the case to upper management and still these clowns drop the ball, give you the runaround and never provide any real help.

Repair service is terrible, had the same issue for months. They have run a refresh a dozen times, an absolute waste of time. Had a tech here three times in three weeks and the problem just got worse. Now I am told it will be another week before someone can check it again. A lot of money for very little satisfaction.

The service interruptions are ridiculous! At least once a week, for several hours to a day at a time. NEVER see a credit on my bill due to this. I should not have to use my mobile hotspot to work from home when I pay for high speed internet. They're going to lose a ton of customers when the fiber internet is available through the local power board here. I hope it puts them right out of business!

I was having issues with my connection. The issue was a faulty xfi pod. After going through the online tech help I went to the store to trade in the pod. While waiting in line I overheard the customer service rep placate the older couple in front of me and were of no help to them. Unfortunately, I got the same attitude from the same customer service rep. He said, we're only a retail store. I said but this is where I purchased the service, can't you help me. He said no. This is not how customer service works guys. I had been pleased with my original purchase but the real measure of a company isn't when things are going right but when problems arise, then you know what kind of service you bought!
