I went to buy several items at this dollar tree on Morrell Road in Knoxville. I had drinks, snacks, batteries, body wash, and some kitchen sponges. It was around 5 in the evening. The cashier went to put my stuff in the bags. I moved my sponges and said could you put my snacks in a separate bag from the batteries. She never would answer me. I said hello did you hear me. She hollered for someone to come get this woman. A woman came to the front and the cashier said I threw the sponges at her. I said I didn't throw any sponges at you I simply asked you to bag my stuff separately. I asked to speak to the manager and the lady that she called up there said she was the manager. She laughed at me when I said I didn't throw sponges at her and the cashier kept saying I did. I told the manager to look at the cameras but she sided with the cashier and asked if I was going to buy the stuff or not and if we weren't going to buy it to leave. I left. I didn't buy anything. I will never shop at this store again. I don't know the cashier's name but she was a Mexican/Latino woman with dyed blonde hair.

Little bare in the shelves when I went but they were changing stock from Christmas to valentines day. Kathy was very nice and helpful. Will definitely be back.

Mostly overpriced but many good deals. The quality is about what you'd expect considering the price, but sometimes that's a good trade-off. Shelves not well stocked. Store needed a good cleaning. Wonder if staff shortage is a contributing factor.

The location is great, and the merchandise is very affordable!!! You can buy gifts from the mall across the street, and buy your gift bags and gift wrapping supplies at this Dollar Tree location!!! The convenience and prices are fantastic!!! :-D

Very busy but orderly and customers didn't wait long. Stopped for school project supplies and found what we needed quickly as the store is very organized. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Can't beat the prices.

Always love shopping there! Unexpected inventory periodically that is $1.00....no way!! 100%all natural ESSENTIAL oils $1.00. Its worth checking in from time to time if its not your normal go to place! Gel Shoe insoles$1.00!!!!! I could go on for days giving you examples! Hey just go see for yourself!!

This store is disgusting. The floors are filthy. The aisles are never stocked and everything moves day to day. The cashier always calls me honey which I feel is totally degrading. The nighttime "Manager" named Aubrey or Amber is always complaining about other employees when I have yet to see her pick up a single item or move from the front register. I will go 20 min out of my way to avoid this horribly managed store. This is not acceptable on this side of town.

Out of all the Dollar Trees, and yes there are many, this has to be one of my favorite. The same three employees I usually see which can be a great thing or bad thing but we're not here to judge that today. They do have smiling faces and always willing to step away from the register and help you with your needs even though there's only like 10 Isles. They know where everything is, they know their products, they know what they do have and don't have which is oh so great! This is a must go to if you're going to the nearby movies because they stock perfectly $1 priced boxed movie Style candy for all of our pleasures and needs! The Isles are all cleaned and they even have holiday items at least a month and a half ahead of time ready to go. This is a great place to get some cheap toys also for kids in addition to party favors and even if you just want to Window Shop and tease your children, this is the perfect place to go. They have balloons Galore for last-minute pickups and celebrations in all the kitchen utensils you could ask for. For some reason every Dollar Tree does not pay attention to that little detail but this one does.

I wish I'd come here about 3 days ago. They had a 12 pack of larger nice bells for a dollar, and in several colors. Oriental Trading and AC Moore took a lot more than that of my money! Go here first!! Nice staff and I was in and out with a basket full of stuff pretty quick. I'm literally never shopping oriental trading without checking here first again....so many things I could have used instead.
