This is a normal, middle-of-the-road store where you can get your prescriptions. Sometimes they have a long line. Sometimes the lines are short. Sometimes they have your medicine and other times it may be out of stock. Overall, I would say, sure, go to Walgreens if you want.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I was in the emergency room yesterday, they called in my pain medicine to this location.. They didn’t get my prescription done yesterday.. So I wake up today, the pharmacist didn’t come in, so they closed the entire pharmacy today! On a Friday… I am currently passing a kidney stone with ZERO pain medicine because of the pharmacist didn’t show up. I’ve called 3 other Walgreens.. Nobody will help me & my pain pills cannot be transferred to a different location. I am livid! Never again will I use Walgreens. This is the last straw. This is unreal & I can’t believe such a massive company would let this happen. People need their medicine! Wow.

I have had very few negative experiences here. I have used both the Donelson Pike and the Central Pike Walgreens before, and this location has been quite simply the best. Their hours make picking up prescriptions a little bit challenging, but I never have to wait for too long when I go to pick up my medications and when I am on hold on the phone waiting to speak to someone. The pharmacy staff is generally incredibly kind. I am on a good bit of medications, and they always help me keep everything in order. Dewana, the pharmacy manager, is one of the greatest pharmacy employees I have ever, ever worked with when it comes to my medications, and her customer service is top of the line.

Great neighborhood Walgreens which has enough to get by if you need something quick. And of course pharmacy. They have it, when you need it.

I’ve called 5 times this morning and they have hung up on me every single time worst customer service! I live In Clarksville and use the Madison street location and needed my meds while in Nashville and now 6 times hung up on. Pathetic service!

I appreciate this store being available but the young lady working the cash drawer was not provided a mask or gloves. Also, It would be nice if they put the essential items near the front during this time, such as alcohol, alcohol wipes, lysol spray, bathroom tissue.

Great pharmacy! They are super quick with prescriptions, Walgreen's website for pharmacy is great and is in sync with the store. Store is hit or miss, as is most drug store. Pharmacy is consistently good.

I got a text from the pharmacy saying my prescription was up for a refill. When I showed up to pick it up the pharmacist told me my prescription was expired. It's a very important med for me so I was shocked that I couldn't pick it up after the text said it was ready. When I asked the pharmacist why I wasn't informed the prescription was due to expire the last time I picked up she had no answer. No apologies, just a really insulting lecture on going to the doctor's office once a year. It's not like forgetting Christmas, usually the pharmacist let's you know when the SUPER IMPORTANT med prescription is about to expire instead of sending you a text that it's ready. Super rude. CVS for life now.
