My prescription is delayed due to being out of stock 9/10, if not more. A life saving medication. I've complained DOZENS of times. The staff KNOWS about this problem and I've heard from others they have the same issue. I was told once by a staff member that it's because the medication is expensive, they don't want to "overstock" it. We all know the truth, which is that they don't care about the population that needs these meds, and it's NOT a priority to make sure people get their literally LIFE SAVING medication. Y'all can't gaslight me anymore talking about how much you care. If you cared my meds wouldn't be unavailable EVERY TIME. 2 years I've been doing this with y'all. Only reason I haven't switched is because you are the only pharmacy I can get to easily. This should be illegal but it's definitely unethical. AND I SEE YOU. UPDATE: I spoke with the manager who is clearly a caring person, tho the man I spoke to initially was quite rude. I appreciate that she reached out. And simultaneously there is no localized solution to the main problem here which comes down to corporate policy as I understand it. The effect is the same, just now local workers have to hear the brunt of it without having the power to change the circumstance. Walgreens needs to change their policies if the result is dozens of people from one pharmacy having to compete for available medicine and someone always needing to wait and possibly miss doses. This is unfair and causes undue distress for customer and employee alike.

I just sat in the drive though for ten minutes, behind one single car, then went inside and stood at the counter for seven minutes without a single person acknowledging my existence. Do no use this store if you care about your time or customer service means anything to you at all.

Do not use this pharmacy. I do not know her name but the pharmacist is out of touch with reality and has absolutely no idea what her job description is. Other stores complain about her. My mother just got out of a complicated knee surgery on Christmas Eve, my mother's regular store was shut down (not cus of the holiday but other reasons), this pharmacist refused my mom her pain medication although the hospital has already been giving it to her. The pharmacist just ignored my mom's reasoning and sent us on our way. 16 steps and lots of crying later I've finally got moms in the house and no way to fill the prescription until the weekend. Would give negative stars if possible.

They are the best pharmacy around nashville.. Walmart coast me 280 month and always had my meds messed up hand down best customer service yet ..my monthly meds now is down to about 95 a month

Cashier obviously don't know about coupons/point system generated from they're own store. As she proceeds to give me false info. I got very perturbed because I shop there all the time, I know I'm supposed to get my points, I asked to speak with the manager. She rolls her eyes at me, takes people behind me. Then tells me he can help you in photos. Call her a B. Photo guy tells me I can't speak with the manager. Because I called her a B. Lol Called customer service, lady there gives me my points tells me the store manager will call me back, and that photo guy should have called the manager then. I Was supposed to receive a call from said manager on Tues. 1/29/19 never received that call. Called customer service back 1/30/19 give her my case number. Told her the same story, she could care less. Then she tells me manager called me and left a message, which is straight up BS! I never got a call from him. Either he's lying to them or they know about it and don't care. So case is now reopened she says lol and I'm supposed to receive a call from him within two business days. Which I'm sure that'll happen. This store is crappie changes employees all the time. Crappie customer service only a few employees there are actually nice. You know when you frequent a store you should get treated with more respect than some rude eye rolling B! Photo guy knows me too, he's seen me hundreds of times. Just goes to show the employee's always right! When I come back in with only a receipt in hand, I was waiting in line behind the manager, not once did he turn around and ask me was something wrong. Very poor excuse for a manager, I will see this out. Then I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

Came to this location last Friday. I needed to have passport photos done. The employee responsible for the photo stand was on the phone. I said "hello" and she did not answer or acknowledge me. I waited for a few minutes. She was talking to somebody who was obviously a friend, saying "girl" every 5 seconds. When I realized I was going to be late for work I just gave up and went somewhere else. Avoid this location, it's not the first time my experience there is negative.

The idiots at the pharmacy don't know what they are doing. I've never in my life been asked for my insurance card at a Walgreens. Just picked up a prescription at the Walgreens in Franklin TN a few weeks ago and had no problems at all. Walk into this one and sat there for almost an hour waiting on these idiots to figure out how to work insurance saying I've had another insurance aside from BCBS which isn't true. I've had BCBS for 21 years and these idiots had the wrong birthday in their computer which only God knows where they got that from. Only Walgreens pharmacy I've ever had problems out. Will never return to this horrible store again.
