This summer I get my mother out of the hospital prescription was to be filled get there and they say they don't carry that tonight I leave work to get her prescriptions and get there 10 minutes before they close and they're already locked up. Fortunately this isn't life or death but will no longer use them

I got tested for Covid today. The results tomorrow. My doctor sent to Walmarts prednisone to break congestion in my lungs and pain meds for all the pain. There computer has been down. Called at 5 pm and the girl said, someone was on there way t fix it. It’s now closing time and no meds. Shame. Billion dollar company and they can’t keep there computers running.

The associates at the pharmacy is very rude. I came for my second covid shot and I didn’t have my card. The pharmacist told me I needed to have it in order to get my shot. I kept informing her I didn’t have it and after going back and fourth for a few seconds I asked what the solution is for this issue. She ignored me and walked away to have another tech help me. After talking to 3 people the next tech finally told me I can pull up my card online. I don’t know why it took 3 people to tell me this!!!! I felt very uncomfortable with the pharmacist giving me the shot after her attitude towards me. I hope no one has to deal with this just to get a covid shot!!

I've always liked using this one. The Pharmacy is nice, convenient, and clean. The people who work there are also very friendly and helpful if you need to ask questions. Even with non prescriptions. Plus during this time of the pandemic I seen how they go out of there way to help others while taking the extra precautions. As should Everyone. Thanks S. Don’t go here for your prescription needs. To say their customer service is horrendous is a gross understatement. I called a day ahead to ask if I could use good rx here, and was told that I could and to bring it in when I came to pick up the med instead of giving it ahead of time over the phone. I’m isolated due to exposure to covid, so a family member went to pick up the prescription. They told him that the coupon would not work and the cost was roughly $200. He asked if they would try another coupon card because that price made a necessary medicine inaccessible and they refused. I called and spoke with an individual and asked to speak to either the pharmacist or a manager and was disconnected. I called back and someone that said she was the manager on duty explained that they have tried discount cards in the past about a year ago and they would not work. I asked her why they told the person who attempted to pick up the prescription that they would not even try to use the discount card. She repeated that they’ve tried in the past but they wouldn’t work. I asked her if she would try this one and she said they could but they close in 11 minutes. I understand that customer facing roles are stressful because I work in such a role myself, but there was no excuse for how the folks working at this pharmacy acted tonight.

Having it occur literally every other month is just sheer incompetence and laziness. It's not new prescriptions either, these are the same medicines that I'm filling every single month. Went to the pharmacy to pick up TWO prescriptions. Tech accidentally canceled one of my child’s prescriptions, I’m not even upset about that, accidents happen. What irritated me was the tech who checked me out and was unwilling to look it up or even direct me to someone who could, instead she gave me attitude when I tried to question further. Highly unprofessional. It wasn’t until I was speaking with the pharmacist going over the prescription I did receive that I was able to get help after once again questioning. She was able to look it up and found the mishap. I understand this can be a frustrating job, but when it comes to the well-being of a child, leave your frustration at the door.

Simply "Shocked" & Stunned!! A good friend of mine uses a mobility chair due to the fact that he has muscular sclerosis and that mobility chair is the only mode of transportation he has. No less than 2 days ago, my friend William had got done spending $65 shopping at Walmart in Smyrna Tennessee, only to find out that his chair was low on battery and likely would not make it home which was one mile away. William located in outlet near some of the other electric courtesy carts that are broken down and poorly functional at Walmart, and was looking to charge his scooter just enough so he could make it home (1 mile away)!. Not only was he met with the most rude and disgusting behavior by a person but the management of this location told him he had 15 minutes <period> and if he didn't unplug and remove his chair from the premises they would call the police and have him removed!!! I don't know how others feel about this but when there is a person that from looking at them you can clearly say their legs do not work oh, they do require this chair for complete mobility and for a chain as big as Walmart to condone such on excusable behavior to run a person off who is handicapped and who had just spent money at the facility is absolutely unacceptable!!! Please help spread the word by reviewing this post, sharing this post oh, and voicing your disgust and opinion choose a management there if not corporate as we plan to do to let them know that this is absolutely abhorrent behavior, And is a polar opposite representation of the welcoming and friendly smiles and a reception that is promoted by #Walmart marketing promoted for EVERY other Walmart anywhere!! I am simply disgusted and embarrassed to even utter the name Walmart, most particularly at this location! People employed at the #Smyrna #Tennessee location should not only be reprimanded but some select people should be losing their jobs because this is absolutely unacceptable. </end>
