I come to this DG location for a number of great reasons. 1 very close to home, 2 cleanses, 3 lower check out price, 4 couponer friendly, 5. Shelly(I hope I said spelled the name correctly) she is a sweet heart, friendly, helpful, over all great employee! I will be coming back.

The Manager gave me an attitude and was being very disrespectful with me when I call about my application she said that I’m playing that I don’t know what I’m thinking if I’m gonna apply or not that I’m just playing games and then told me I don’t want you to apply at this location and I don’t wanna see you at this location she got mad over me not being my state Id is cool I can find a better paying job where people don’t be acting ghetto and stuff

I have stopped doing my shopping at this location. S lady name Sheila is rude and she is not helpful and complains about doing her job. If she is there I will walk in and walk right back out

Is not well stocked, the shelf's are a mess, stocking carts are nearly blocking the aisles, and over priced on some items, not a good shopping experience.

We went to the store to shop nothing more. My sister was being watched by an employee. The employees name was Sheica an elderly women. My sister was looking at the top shelf and the employee said, "don't mess anything up" and my sister said, "I'm not gonna mess it up, why would I mess it up", and Sheica walked off to ignore my sister. My sister then approached her and asked what her name was and she didn't respond, and my sister said, "why would you say that to me that's rude; I'm not five I know what I'm doing", and Sheica responds, "people mess up stuff all the time", my sister says, "you can't judge people by the way they look you know what I mean", and Sheica responds, "you begin to judge people when you start working", and my sister says, "you should be careful with the tone you use with people because it sounds rude" and then we purchased oil. This was unprofessional. My sister was racially profiled and we had a problem with her last week when we asked her for something she said, "it's in the back", with a tone and without any further detail like she did not want to help.

Cashier couldn't put her non-urgent convo on hold that she chose to have with a coworker while I stood there waiting to be checked out. Never make a customer wait like that and never have personal conversations in front of a customer -- basic rules of the checkout line.

Old man Chris must have had a horrible week. I walk into the store this morning around 11. Get 2 drinks. Place them on the counter and then this old guy walks past me with product in his hands. Say nothing.. Doesn't smile. Just mad at the world type of guy since he made bad life choices and now working at such an old age. When no one was there to check me out. I waited... Then other customers come up.. Saying well if no one is here they are going to walk out.. Im not going to steal ANYTHING! I asked the 2 ladys outside the store to check me out. Then the old guy comes out and says.. Im coming im coming hold on lady.. What hell is this guys issue. Then proceed to pick up the 2 drinks and slam them on the other counter he is working. At that point I tell the cashier I dont want it. He says something under his breathe. I walk out and tell the ladys Im sorry I pissed that old man off. I cant believe how rude and horrible this mans customers service is. I went to Fiesta for my drinks. It took a few calls to get someone to answer. Then Chris answered the phone. Rude as hell on that as well. I ask for corporates number and he wouldnt give that. He gave me the District managers number. Horrible service from this man!! Paul did call back and said he would address the issue. I've never had a problem with the night crew.. Hopefully this doesn't happen again.
