Micheal did an amazing job getting my car a both, incredibly fast oil change, and checking it's general health. I don't know know much about cars, but he pointed out some things and got it in way better condition, than when I arrived. Super friendly and speedy service, I would recommend to anyone, any day.

It's fine. $160 all in for an oil change and a couple tires rotated and that was after a 10% discount for their "honest mistake". They told me they didn't have a cabin air filter (which I already change myself anyway) and I said that was okay but they ended up miraculously finding one and putting it in then charging me $40. Caused a stink when I called them out for not telling me about it and adding the charge onto my bill. In general, the staff is pretty cold. It's an auto shop, so I get it, but don't act like I'm ruining your day by giving you business. Service: Oil change

I used the car wash service. the cleaning service is excellent, my car was very clean and well waxed. However, they do not comply with the time they determine. I was told it would take 2 hours, but it took twice as long. Another point is that the benches got wet. Recommend if you have time to wait between 4/5 hours.

Good folks doing good work. Only once (long ago) I had someone here try to upsell me for a "polish" to take off some tree sap that another car wash simply washed away, so I staid away for about a year. I think that person is gone now and no more upselling. Just good results.

Didn't reinstall splash guard screws after oil change and it ripped off on highway. Pulled windshield wipers off after I had stayed not to and tore ends (they were a month old). Stated they filled tires air (did not). This place has gone dramatically down hill in the last 6 or so months.

Highly recommend this car wash. I have had a monthly unlimited membership for about a year now and love getting my weekly carwash. All of the employees are extremely friendly and careful with the cars. I won’t go anywhere else but here!

The manager ray authorized the printing of my bill and accepted my payment without providing the services it said were completed. When questioned, he became argumentative and shouted over my concerns. I brought my car for a full detail and it somehow came out looking worse, my 10 year old daughter could have done better! Not to mention during my wait I could see the manager flirting with customers and employees very unprofessional and uncomfortable to see! If this is the face of your business I am disgusted!! I will no longer be going here for business!!!! I give ZERO STARS!! Services: Oil change, Full body wash

I drove from Giddings which is an hour drive to do the oil change and wash special. The oil change was fine, but the wash was terrible. I was not expecting detailing of any kind, because I did not pay for extra. I did expect a decent wash. My running boards were full of dirt and had not be wiped down, the back bumper was full of dirt, and I did pay five dollars extra for tire shine, but no shine on my tires. Like I said very disappointed in the wash. I will not return for a wash. Service: Oil change

I took my truck into get a detail… dropped it off at 10:30. They told me to come back around 2/3. They have a “full detail package” for $200. I called at 4:00 - they said its ready, so I get an Uber ride over - when I get there it wasn’t close to ready. They told me to come back at 5:00. I do - still not ready - I wait till 5:45 when they tell me it’s finished. Its sub par at best.… for $200 this is not worth it. I’m a monthly member to boot… I figured the lackluster performance on the cheap washes wouldn’t translate.

I subscribed to my unlimited car wash there and I thought it was a good car wash. I tried one time the one in bee cave and the difference is huge. I’m usually going to bee cave, today I was in DT so I stopped to clean my car there. I’m not going back, the agent went to meet me 3 time about my subscription saying he wasn’t finding my car in the system. I asked them to vacuum my car it wasn’t well made. My advice avoid down town and go to bee cave. My car is always perfect when I leave arbor in bee cave.
