I ordered food from the app and it took 30 minutes for them to bring it to me, even though the screen showed someone was bringing me my order after about 10 minutes (so i know it was not an app issue). People were receiving their items before me. I asked twice and they were incredibly short with me. They also messed up my order. Ridiculous. I don't plan on going back to this location any time soon.

I usually get the M&M ice cream and they don’t really put a lot inside so I asked for extra M&M’s and I kid you not they only put M&M’s on the top of the cup. Everything else was strait vanilla ice cream. I could understand if the M&M’s stopped in the middle of the cup cause I got a medium but the fact that it was only on the top was very disappointing

After having a horrible experience at another Sonic nearby, we came to this location and our order was taken extremely quickly, our order was completely correct, and the CarHop woman was super sweet! Definitely will come back to this location! Food was delicious. Well worth it!

Lilly is a poor example of a manager, who wants to make excuses for her companies failures rather than take accountability for them. None of their card readers ever work and while the stalls offer to pay for the app no one can tell you how to do it, they just say it only works if you order through the app; if that’s the case, why offer it on the screen. She just kept passing the buck off to “Nathan””,” saying it’s his responsibility to handle addressing the card readers. Not to mention she failed to even slightly address the sarcastic and rude carhop who came to my window. Management here is lacking, when they need to swipe your card elsewhere they take your cards and hold your food. I’m not going to trust someone with access to thousands of dollars on my card for them to not trust me with twelve so I can start eating. I am a very frequent patron of this establishment, this location specifically, however I will not be spending money at this location again. Hopefully they can install some competent leadership and maybe salvage that sinking ship. Good team you got “Nathan,” more than ready to throw you under the bus rather than take a general accountability. These failures are the organizations, and the customer shouldn’t be held at fault for them.

Went late on a Saturday evening and they were still busy. they were out of a few Items for certain items we wanted, but were able to choose something else. they were very busy but they still worked quickly for our order.

I’ve gone to this sonic for years and years. Most often than not the meat is very dry and shakes are not as flavorful as before. I don’t blame the employees because I know they aren’t paid well or happy and are always short staffed because of this. I’ll be coming here less often.

I love my neighborhood Sonic, the service is Always great like always which is everything to me when Iam paying. Plus I was finally able to get my pickle fries.This location is always clean. Sorry for eating half the fries before I took picture.

This place continues to decline. Good luck finding a fully working stall without 3 or 4 tries (been broken at least a month). If more than 5 cars are there, don't bother stopping unless you have 20 minutes or longer to wait. Is the wait worth it? You get cold food, sloppily made, terribly packaged.....you will not get any condiment, fork, or straw without specifically asking for it. There is seriously 1 great carhop and I wish I could remember her name (will edit next time I can get the name), but I cant imagine she will stay with this type of team long. Everyone else here is struggling and when struggle is consistent across all aspects of the business it points squarely at poor leadership. No staffing excuses, no covid excuses.....good leaders lead through any situation, poor ineffective managers have their lack of skills and ability highlighted during adversity.

They really need to clean their fountain drink spouts better. The past several times we have gotten our sodas, it tastes like the drink with an overwhelming taste of mildew. It tastes so disgusting! Do better, Sonic, come on!

(After pushing the RED button, I had to leave the Sonic on FM-78 after waiting 5-min. It was 0630; left 0635, no other vehicles in stalls. Reason: I saw people inside prep area but no one answered the call.) Beat feet to Sonic on Kitty Hawk Rd, as on route to my destination. Compare: Within 10-seconds of hitting the RED button, "Lilly" answered in an unexpectedly welcoming voice. (Positive 'wow!') I ordered #14 on menu (breakfast burrito, tots, beverage). I asked for a hot cup o'joe as my beverage. She apologized and asked if I could wait a few minutes she could brew some up, fresh! Within a few minutes, she delivered my order with a smile and ensured I had everything I needed to accessorize my meal in another bag (napkins, coffee stirrer, sugar, creamer, ketchup, salsa, AND the omnipresent Sonic mints). A few minutes later, she stopped by to see if I needed anything else. Her smile, attentiveness, and attitude definitely had a positive impact to my morning! Thanks for making a difference, Lilly! Hopefully, you can spread that positive attitude everyday you work at my NEW Sonic location... 😁
