The manager and the staff are very unhelpful. For three months we have gone back and forth in attempt to get them to correct our bill; supposed to be 2 lines get one free... They continue to charge us for the third "free" line every month. Finally, someone admits that it is a systemic problem and they will fix the bill. Then after my husband orders and goes to pick up a new phone after getting a virus, they won't allow him to activate it because he isn't a user. The manager rudely informed us that, "Anyone can come in and order a phone, but that doesn't mean it can be activated." There has got to be a better option than T-Mobile's subpar customer service and dishonest business practices. Any suggestions?

I got an appointment from an apple representative online for technical fixing, we arrive 10 mins early and they say a technician is on the way, 15 mins later we see a technician walk out and are still waiting, after 20 minutes and a couple of reassurances a tech finally comes and I tell him my problem, after asking me if he could take off the screen protector I politely say no and he brings my phone to the back, 5 mins later he comes back saying he fixed it (that was true at least) but my screen protector had lots of bubbles and oil under it, HE TOOK IT OFF AND PUT IT BACK, I know he did that because it was centred up before, now it is to the right, THE FIX DIDNT EVEN REQUIRE TAKING IT OFF, IT WAS A FIX IN THE SETTINGS. T-MOBILE OWES ME A SCREEN PROTECTOR AND AN APOLOGY, I HOPE YOU SEE THIS.

Still waiting for someone to acknowledge that I walked in. Seems like there are either 5 or 6 Experts on the floor plus possibly a couple of techs. I've been here 15 minutes and not a single one of Your store employees have asked what I'm here for.

Kris's & Alicia We're very help full Kris was her yesterday till 9pm making sure I had a phone to use for my business. Alicia & kris's. Had to argue with TMobile about. A mistake done in my account . At the airline store in corpus Christi. That out me in a bind. They are amazing at 2702 SPID location.

Thank you to Alicia for helping my husband get a new phone and thank you to Ashley for going above and beyond the following day on helping him get pics off his old phone and onto his new one. Many of the pics would have been lost forever. These two ladies were awesome!! Thank you again!!

Loved this phone CO. The employees are wonderful, caring people. They greet you as you walk in. Very helpful and friendly. I will highly recommend t-mobile to relatives, friends and neighbors.

I didn’t get the young man’s name but he helped me pick out a cell phone cover for my elderly mother yesterday 3/1. Not only was he assisting me, but he was assisting another customer, searching other stores for a screen protector, answering calls, and answering his coworker’s questions. He multitasked professionally and with a smile. I saw his name tag, but can’t remember his name for the life of me. I was tired and just needed my last stop for the day to be a quick and easy one and he did that. He was pleasant and the perfect example of ideal and exemplary customer service.

Visited this store last month, Alexandria Diaz was very professional and helpful. I asked if I could use the restroom and she allowed me to, as we drive in from out of town. We went to this store yesterday, one of our phones has to be upgraded by March as T-Mobile has informed us. We walk in and I walked straight to the restroom and employee Cassie YELLS “you can’t use the restroom, it’s for employees only, can’t you read the sign?” She was rude and used a harsh tone. I walked out of the store embarrassed as I had just used the restroom a few weeks before. My daughter spoke with the manager and she explained that due to Covid I couldn’t use it which I totally understand. We were actually going to upgrade 2 phones but after being treated like a second hand citizen at this store I didn’t want to spend my hard earned money at this store. I have been a valued customer of Sprint since 2005. After this experience with T-Mobile I will be looking at AT&T. Please tell your employees be professional and remind them that customers are spending a lot of money at your stores.
